Stayed May 8, 2026I enjoyed this as a one-person rental. It does technically sleep as many as five, but it would not be comfortable to do any “hanging out” indoors with five. The couch only seats two. It is on the same property as a larger home and would be great as extra beds or privacy for that home. It’s a creative tiny house.It was very peaceful and quiet. The outdoor space was charming, but check to be sure the cushions in the furniture have dried out before you expect to use them. The road and driveway are well maintained and gravel.It was a little warm upstairs if you did not have the fan going, but the owner has the fan and A/C setup to circulate the air. Kitchen and grill were new and clean. I could have used an ice tray though. It was close to DeSoto park for hiking (about 10 minute drive). And the town of Mentone for the necessities.

Stayed Feb 13, 2026I surprised my wife for Valentine’s Day with a trip to this beautiful little cabin. We loved it. After dinner at the Wildflower Cafe, we came back, sat and watched tv, & then tucked in for bed early. The loft was fun to stay & sleep & the bed was very comfortable too, which made, all in all, a wonderful place to just get away.

Stayed Apr 17, 2025This was my first time staying in a Tiny Home, and we had a great time! It’s just secluded enough on acres of woods to enjoy a peaceful retreat. The fire pit was amazing with two great swings and several Adirondack chairs surrounding it. The porch swing was a plus! The outdoor area had several rows of outdoor lighting that was beautiful at night. Something to consider though…The spiral stair case is narrow and a little shaky, so if that would be a issue, I wouldn’t suggest staying at this Tiny Home. Also, they have a larger rental house that is literally right next to it that has a walking path separating the two. So, if you don’t want neighbors, that would be a con. But it’s great for a big gathering to rent them both! Which I plan to do in the future for a Family Gathering.
