Stayed Aug 9, 2025Perfect house for large families. Everything that you need and close to the pool and a 5 minute drive to the beach. The hosts were awesome. We all had a wonderful time and we would definitely return.

Stayed Aug 17, 2024This was our second time staying at this house and it was another beautiful vacation! Everything about the house and location is perfect. We had 10 people in the age range of 1-70 and everyone had so much fun! A quick drive to the beach, shops, and ice cream, and a quick walk to the pool was extremely convenient for everyone. Clean, beautiful home in a great location. Can’t beat it!

Stayed Aug 3, 2024Property was exactly as viewed online prior to booking. Very clean and well furnished to meet all of our needs. Use of the clubhouse and pool were a real plus. We had 6 adults and 4 children ranging from ages 5 through 14 in our party and the home accomodated our needs.

Stayed Jul 20, 2024This property was wonderful. It’s a new property so everything in photos is pretty accurate to what it looks like when you arrive. There was lots of space for our extended family to spread out and plenty of sleeping options. The community pool was great and the location to Bethany Beach was great. We enjoyed our family week and will look forward to staying at this property again in the future.

Stayed Jul 6, 2024Our stay at the house included three families with 4 kids ranging from 4-6. The house was well appointed, had plenty of room for each family to have a room/bathroom, and one big room that fit all of the kids. The location was super convenient to everything and access to the pool was great.

Stayed Jun 16, 2024It is a beautiful house with many nice amenities. We enjoyed the pool and barbecue. We had three families, each had their own bedroom and bathroom. There was plenty of space for all. If I had to say something negative, that is not the owner's fault, it is the pond next to the property where geese come and do their business all over the street, sidewalk, and driveway. The baby ran in the grass and had it all over his feet.

Stayed Aug 5, 2023This was our first time visiting Bethany Beach, DE and it did not disappoint! There were 7 adults and 3 kids ages 1-6, and the location of this house, as well as the size of the bedrooms, were perfect. It was a quick walk to the pool, on a quiet street for the kids to ride their bikes, and a short drive to the ocean, shops, mini golf and restaurants. The Ocean View Beach Club facility was beautiful and well-maintained and the pool lifeguards were extremely vigilant. Our only minor complaint, was that the garbage was overflowing in the garage and smelled into the house, however this isn’t necessarily a homeowner issue, it’s an issue across the board in the development. Garbage only comes once a week so it piles up pretty quickly, but the property manager promptly came to the house to help rectify the situation. We quickly fell in love with the area, and will absolutely be back next summer!
