Stayed Sep 18, 2025It was fine. House was clean, refinished older home, decorated cute. Host was quick to respond with access question. Could use more items in the Kitchen such as storage containers for food leftovers, cheese grater, serving spoons, cooking spray, serrated knifes.Could use another comfortable chair in the living room, not too comfortable for everyone on the couch especially if the place can sleep 6 people.

Stayed May 23, 2025Fantastic house for our family roadtrip! The house had everything we needed, it felt like home. The location and view is a huge reson we were drawn to this place. Very happy with our stay and will be back. Host was in full communication and check in and out was a breeze.

Stayed Apr 17, 2025I liked the location and the views. The only complications was the VRBO address listing is on the other side of town. Luckily, the manager gave a good set of directions to get to the house.

Stayed Feb 14, 2025This was the perfect out of the way place to stay during our ski trip. We love the town of Lead, and enjoyed being able to relax after a long day on the slopes. Thank you for hosting!

Stayed Jul 18, 2024This property was cute, quiet and clean (towels could use a good bleaching), but overall was a nice property to stay in for a couple nights. The beds were comfy which is always a plus, and the host was very responsive which is always appreciated. It was close enough to deadwood to enjoy the evening there, but far enough away to get out of the busy-ness. There is a cute cafe right down the road that we enjoyed breakfast and coffee at both mornings. It was quite warm in the house when we arrived and there was only one window air conditioning unit in the kitchen, so the bedroom and upstairs were very warm. Upstairs was not suitable for our 1 year old to sleep because it was just too hot. It did luckily cool down day two of our stay. The only other downside was that there are not many electrical outlets because it is an older home, so bring an extension cord if you have a baby monitor! Overall we enjoyed our stay and found it to be a nice place to wind down from our busy days.
