Washing machine was very helpful. A second bathroom would be helpful.

Very clean, quiet house. Everything you need is in this house. The outside friendly dogs were one of my favorite parts. Beds are soft and the shower has good pressure, hot water, and a detacheable spray nozzle. She let us check out a little later too. Highly recommend renting this house. Plus its really close to the Ark / creation museums. Beautiful place! Thanks so much. The Armonds

Our stay was not that great. Unfortunately we ended up leaving in middle of the night due to roaches. Host was very apologetic and did handle the situation. And responded to text timely...Otherwise a very cute house outside of town.

We absolutely loved the property. It was perfect for our family to stay and visit the ark encounter. We loved that there are 2 bedrooms on the first floor, it made it easy for my mother in law to have a space to sleep and stairs are hard on her. Peaceful and beautiful views and we loved the farm setting and how close it was to amenities. Would highly recommend staying here.

What a fantastic stay at this charming Kentucky farmhouse nestled in a lush green pasture in the quaint town of Dry Ridge. The house perfectly blended rustic elegance with modern comfort, making us feel right at home.It was peaceful, quiet, and relaxing. We slept like rocks! The beds were quite comfortable. There was plenty of space for everyone with a separate upstairs area for the kids to sleep, spread out, and play.I really appreciate that the house wasn't overly cluttered or excessively decorated. It made you feel like you were at a home away from home. The property was also impeccably clean. Everything was spotless and well-maintained. It's clear that Laura takes great pride in her property. If we are ever back in this area, we will definitely rebook this sweet house in the country.

We booked this property because we were going yo the Ark Encounter and the Creation Museum. It was conveniently located to both. It is a quiet country setting with all the beautiful sounds that you associate with the country. Close to restaurants though too. We’d definitely stay again.

We enjoyed our stay in the old farm house. Clean and cute.Laura smith was kind and thoughtful. She warned us about the hundred year storm and would have aloud us to use her homes basement for tornado safety.

First time in this area of the country and it did not disappoint. Beautiful property with million dollar views and a yard for the kids to play in. Would definitely recommend this if your looking for something homey, and close enough to run to town for food or a Walmart run. :)

We stayed at the farm house while our group visited the Ark and Creation museum nearby. We needed a place where we could economically prepare our meals and be able to visit. It worked better than a hotel. The house was very clean. We did struggle with temperature as those days were very hot and it took lots of time for the AC to get it cooled down. If you use the upstairs, bring sleeping eye cover as there wasn’t a window shade and the sun comes up early in the summer! The kitchen could use a few more supplies. We enjoyed our stay and it filled our need.

What an idyllic setting! The perfect retreat to return to after the hustle and bustle of The Ark Encounter and Creation Museum each day. Laura was a great host and the old farmhouse was perfect for our family. The kids enjoyed the upstairs room and the yard.
