Just as advertised, clean cozy and close to the ark

The house was perfect for us. Everything we needed was available even uno and skip Bo. It was so easy to get to The Ark and whippie dips was great. Thank you for being great hosts

The house was in fantastic condition, no concerns or issues upon showing up. Check in was easy and painless, instructions were very clear. We had the owners check-in shortly into the stay to make sure everything was all set. We even left a cell phone accidentally and they were very helpful and ended up sending it back to us!Can't recommend this place more.

Easy booking and check-in process; great centralized location for going to The Ark and to the airport.I am a light sleeper which caused issues with the frequent railroad train whistles occurring in the middle of the night.

The Stanley's home was beautiful and exactly as described! My husband and I stayed for a few nights after our wedding and it was the perfect getaway!

We were in town for a wedding and this was the perfect location! We were close to good food and coffee and a quick trip up the highway. The house was super clean and everything seemed brand new! The beds were extra comfy and the bathrooms were extra clean. There was so much room! The bedrooms were not crowded and we enjoyed many visitors in the relaxing living room. We didn’t need the kitchen, but it was full of anything needed. Communication was clear and crazy simple which was much appreciated!

We really enjoyed our stay. Very comfortable, took adjusting to train coming through.

We had a great weekend staying here while visiting the Ark Encounter. The house was clean, well-kept, and had everything we needed. The location was convenient, and check-in was smooth. Would definitely recommend for families or small groups looking for a quiet and comfortable place to stay.

We had a great stay at the Cozy Cottage! We came to see the Ark and it was so nice to be so close! Only a 10 minute drive there. We also went to the Louisville slugger museum/factory, Kentucky science center and Newport Aquarium. Lots of food options nearby and a Walmart right down the road. We appreciated the high quality towels and toys there for the kids. It was nice to have a washer/dryer also, Great stay!

We stayed for 3 nights. Everything was wonderful. The decor was straight from Chip & Joanna. Cozy and Modern, clean & concise. The only drawback was how firm all the beds were. Thanks for everything.

The Cozy Cottage was a beautiful and functional place for our family of 6 and Grandma to stay while visiting the Ark Encounter, Creation Museum and Corvette Museum. The house is incredibly clean, and the kitchen had everything we needed for making meals there. There were many thoughtful extras like toys and games that made it very fun for our children ages 11months to 9 years. Highly recommend!! 11months to 9 years.

The house was very clean and comfortable. We met a neighbor who recommended a church in the area, which made our stay even more welcoming . Enjoyed our stay!

Our family enjoyed this home. There was a nice room for the kids and open concept living space to hang out and enjoy meals. We appreciated what the host provided, like kid plates and cups, coffee, etc. It was a convenient drive to the ark. There is a Walmart and parks close by. Would stay again.

We had a wonderful stay at cozy cottage. It is a great place. Perfect location for our visits to the Ark, Creation Museum and the Cincinnati Zoo. Communication was excellent and we had all the amenities that we needed.
