Stayed Oct 23, 2025Mary was responsive. The house was very clean and new. There are 3 bedrooms and a beautiful pickleball court with a basketball hoop. Hopefully Mary adds pictures of the other bedroom and the court. They're great! We will stay here again when going to Capital Reef.

Stayed Jun 19, 2025The property is amazing! Mary is a great host, very responsive if you have questions. The location is in a quiet, rural area perfect for relaxing and watching sunsets. We spent our days exploring Capitol Reef and the Fishlake area then would come back to play games and relax. The house is beautifully decorated and very clean. Everything you could ever need is provided and the beds were very comfortable. We would definitely stay here again.

Stayed May 19, 2025Lovely home close to Capitol Reef. Unique features include a pickleball and basketball court on the property while overlooking beautiful farmland. Vert clean home with very comfortable beds! Excellent communication with the property manager.

Stayed Mar 31, 2025Fantastic new property. Close enough to Capitol Reef for day visits. Owner was very responsive. The only downside was the AC/heater unit is outside the master and is a bit loud.
