Stayed Apr 3, 2026It worked perfect for my family with 4 adult children with their spouses. We had plenty of room with bathrooms for all the rooms. We are a local family and had extended family down and the accommodations worked out great

Stayed Oct 30, 2025The house was well located for our trip to Capitol Reef National Park. It also had what we needed for our stay. Unfortunately we encountered two issues that were not resolved. There were mice droppings in the kitchen cabinets and a leaking shower faucet. We promptly communicated this to the owner, but owner did nothing to take care of the issue. We had to store eating utensils in the fridge after washing them to ensure sanitary conditions during our stay.

Stayed Oct 8, 2025The property was chosen b/c we wanted to bring our small dog. The property was very accommodating for our pet and it was easy to clean up after her. The house accomodated all 11 of us. The only issues revolved around the ice maker being broken so we had to go to town to buy ice for our 5 day stay. We had 2 people in casts that needed the ice for medicinal purposes. It would have been nice to know in advance that it was not working. When I messaged the host, he said it's not working. Not much help... we could see that. He did not offer any help. The kitchen pots and pans are ridiculously ancient and worn. We struggled with not being able to adjust the temperature in each room as the host had complete control.

Stayed Jul 10, 2025Very nice home. Comfortable. Safe area. Plenty of room. Host responded quickly to any questions or concerns. Easy access to many southern Utah parks and sights. Groceries and gas nearby. Would stay again when in the area vacationing.

Stayed Jun 10, 2025Great location. Beds surprisingly comfortable! The owner is quite responsive and helpful. Was disappointed with the cleanliness of the property. I am admittedly a weirdo about having absorbent clean towels and did not think the towels fit the bill at this place. Do appreciate the location and responsiveness of the host. Thankful also for the great opportunity to see this gorgeous part of Utah.

Stayed Sep 26, 2024Family Members stayed and hunted on Parker and Thousand Lake Mountains. It was great to have a place to stay close. Kitchen was stocked with needed cooking pans and bedrooms were very comfortable. Owner responded to any needs quickly. Thank you for sharing your home with us.
