We got lunch every single day at La Serena Grill which is a delicious Mexican place across the street. And breakfasted at Moulin every morning. The home was very clean and every single amenity was thought of. The washer/dryer was a life saver when you're vacationing with 2 messy boys! And having them in a separate room for some additional privacy was perfect! It's clear that the owners put in a lot of love and consideration when they were furnishing it. Finally, I had a lot of questions and they were so quick to reply. Really top notch service!!! So happy and would absolutely stay here again next time we're in Laguna!!!

I have lived within close proximity to Laguna most of life, but never took the time to wander around downtown and visit the plethora of galleries, which we did and thoroughly enjoyed. The house was clean, beds comfortable, all the kitchen supplies, towels, etc. we needed. I accidentally hit the switch to turn the water heater off, text the staff and they responded immediately to help figure out the issue. The only thing I would say is that due to the central location of the cottage it does get busy outside at times. Not super loud at all, but people do walk up and down the adjacent sidewalk, park in a lot just beside the house, etc. The noise wasn’t an issue for us but just a heads up. For any out of towners coming to visit the beach- please don’t limit yourself to Main Beach. There are cove beaches within walking distance north of Main Beach that mainly locals go to. Check the tide because it’s best to go close to low tide. Go explore. Also, Urth Cafe just South of Main Beach is also walking distance and has amazing food. Overall, we enjoyed our vacay and the cottage.

In from the east coast for a wedding in Laguna Beach. Unit was as described and basically clean. Location was great. Just disappointed that no attention is paid to the outdoor sitting area. Cover in pollen, dead leaves, twigs, moldy chair cushions. We used beach towels/throws to cover the chairs and discovered a couple had been put away soiled. Dishes & glass coffee mugs were also put away dirty, so we had to do some washing upon arrival. It would have been helpful to know that ice machine was broken and ice trays are left empty. Contract was very clear about no late night noise. Unfortunately, rule is not universal. Two of our four nights we had lots of loud talking after midnight in the driveway off the alley. Light sleepers should be told that trash and recycling pick-ups occurred every weekday morning. Loved Laguna Beach and the people.

The location is perfect, right in the heart of town, there were a few drawbacks. The convenience of being close to everything was great, but it's also very loud. If you're sensitive to noise, make sure to bring earplugs. Management was extremely strict and enforced some pretty ridiculous rules. It's important to be aware of these rules before booking to avoid any surprises. Overall, we enjoyed the convenience of being close to everything.
