California Dreaming ...your own steps to the beach with gas fire pit

We had a wonderful stay at this property. Susan was incredibly responsive and accommodating — any time we had a question or needed something, she was quick to assist and truly went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. The house was impressively well-stocked with everything we needed, making it easy to settle in and feel at home right away. I spent my time working from the home and had absolutely no connection issues.What truly sets this place apart is the location. The views are absolutely breathtaking - they cannot be beat. You are just steps, albeit they are a little precarious, from the beach. We also highly recommend the Coyote Grill, just up the hill from the home (the calamari tacos are amazing!). A couple of things to keep in mind: the property features multiple levels, so it might be challenging for anyone with mobility concerns. And while it’s not the most modern property we've ever stayed in, it makes up for that with character, charm and the view.We would definitely recommend this property to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway in a stunning location with an host who genuinely cares.

We spent two months in this dream location. What a fabulous house. Amazing location with 24X7 view of the crashing waves on a very unique beach; So beautiful. The house is very charming, casual beach style, with lots of windows, gorgeous views throughout, and an amazing patio garden. The home is filled with art.; we discovered new artifacts every day. I felt as if I was in a treehouse on the beach. We will never forget this trip. Lots of amazing extras. I do not have the words to express how special this place was to us.

This property is the perfect house in the perfect setting. Upstairs living room / kitchen all glass windows (plus fireplace) and large deck overlooking a gorgeous beach, bedrooms downstairs with the same view, direct / private access to the beach, and the front of the home has a very private patio with the most zen, peaceful setting. Susan is the perfect host, we couldn't have asked for more. We stayed 31 days, felt like we were home, and didn't want to leave!

I have had the pleasure of staying at this Laguna home for over a month. The view, the access to a spectacular beach and the house are all exceptionally nice. Located on a quiet street yet close to all that Laguna Beach has to offer. The owner, Susan, is yet another reason to consider leasing this property. We were made to feel welcome on arrival. Susan was always available to suggest a great restaurant or answer a question. I have no hesitation in saying I will return to this unique home. It’s perfect in so many ways.

If your looking for the ocean, this is it, great value in comparison to many other properties. Susan is a great host, addresses any issues or question you may have so promptly. She is either onsight or easily reachable. Location is safe and quiet except for the ocean waves and the bright stars. Our family enjoyed private steps down to beach. And steps back up to cook dinner and grill on the beautiful deck. In the evening off to the fire pit to chill and make s’mores. Access to trolly 100 steps from house to get up and down Laguna on PCH.

First of all - This is an Ocean Front property - completely unobstructed. The views are incredible from all 4 levels of the house from the main floor which has 20-25 foot glass walls to the loft to the 2 main bedrooms down to the patio area. You have your own private stairs to table rock beach which is one of the more scenic beaches in on the southern california coast. We stayed at the TableRock house for 35 days while our house was being remodel and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house has plenty of room - it is 3000 sq. ft and is very functional. It has 3 full bedrooms (two are oceanfront) and 2 and half baths. The loft is also great to set up for sleeping or just reading a book. The house house a huge balcony off the main floor that also has a BBQ on it - which we used often. The kitchen is compact but completely upgraded and has anything you need to cook. The house also has two dedicated parking spots which was also a plus Susan -the house manager took very good care of us - She was extremely friendly and nice and took care of any needs we asked for. She was an absolute pleasure to deal with - She even got the windows clean while we were there so we could enjoy the view better. I highly recommend this house and I rarely write reviews. Enjoy!

We spent a month at Tablerock and LOVED it! The property is unique with private and immediate access to the beach. Susan is a delight to work with, and the location is spectacular. Parking was simple, the trolley provided an easy way to get around Laguna, the comforts of home were included, and the views from the main room were beyond compare. We miss it already and wish we could make this our annual summer home. Thank you, Susan, for making my 50th celebration one to remember!

We had such a great time at this house, Susan was absolutely wonderful to work with and made sure that every need we had was taken care of. The view from all the balcony's was spectacular, you really couldn't ask for anything more. I would recommended this house to anyone wanting the best of the best from Laguna Beach.
