The description and pictures online were accurate. Beautiful house and well appointed. One minor issue came up and it was handled promptly.

Right to the point about living in the Beach House: ~1500 of the best allocated square feet, condensed into a single unit, you could expect. All three bedrooms are great sizes with plenty of closet space - two ensuite bedrooms and one bedroom with an attached bathroom. The primary bedroom is very private being situated in the rear of the unit. Bathrooms: new; marble floors, showers, sinks, and fixtures. Nicely laid out kitchen dining room combination; access to outside deck with dining table and grill. Cookware/flatware/glassware and cutlery: not to worry it’s all there. Appliances: stainless, very nice, spacious, easy to use. Living area: gas fireplace, great windows with ocean views, access to outside deck. Living room, and all bedrooms, have large screen TV’s with Sonos sound bars. The Laguna Beach House location is ideal for walking, hiking, and beaching. Shaw’s Cove, Crescent Bay, and Fisherman’s Cove, are a pleasant walk away. Downtown Laguna Beach is further but very walkable. In addition, Pavilion’s (a large chain) grocery/drugstore/pharmacy is a few blocks away if you’d rather not pull the car out of the garage; they also deliver. Laguna Beach and the surrounding areas have great restaurants. Among our favorite places in town are Anastasia Café, Café Zinc, Moulin, for breakfast/lunch. Some of the best dinner spots we found are Oliver’s Osteria, Starfish, Selanne, Javier’s and many more. Not all are in town but all are within striking distance. Laguna Beach is a special place and the Beach House is perfectly situated to access all of what it has to offer. Renting from “Beach and Snow Rentals” is a positive experience. The online reservation and payment platform is very straight forward and easy to use, although, you are able to have as much direct, personal contact as you wish. Gila, the Principal, manages day-to-day operations. She is very hands-on, keeps the place in top shape, and is always available should you require support. What you see in the Beach House pictures is exactly what you get. Should it come down to renting this property sight-unseen you will have no regrets. It’s all good.

IF YOU WANT TO EXPERIENCE LAGUNA, AND ALL THAT IS HAS TO OFFER - THIS IS THE PLACE FOR YOU.....THE HOME IS LIKE STAYING AT A 5 STAR RESORT - WITH ALL IMAGINABLE AMENITIES IN THE KITCHEN....AND ALL LINENS, BATH TOWELS ETC ARE TOP NOTCH THE HOME IS IMPECCABLE IN IT'S CARE - WITH TOP QUALITY FINSISHES THRUOUT.... THE MATTRESSES ARE A 10! HAVING EXPEREINCE IN RENTING HOMES FOR LONGER STAYS - IT IS EZ TO SAY THIS HOME PROVIDED THE BEST EXPERIENCE...THE OWNER HAS DONE A GREAT JOB IN EVERY RESPECT WITH THE SPACE THAT WAS AVAILABLE.... THE HOME IS WITHIN WALKING DISTANCE TO A FABULOUS SUPERMARKET, AND THE MAIN HEART OF TOWN....AND OF COURSE JUST STEPS TO THE BEACH.....AS AN ADDED BONUS, THE HOUSE IS STEPS AWAY FROM THE FREE LAGUNA TROLLEY SYSTEM.... WE TRULY LOVED IT, AND WILL BE BACK FOR SURE!

Do not hesitate. The view from the Living Room and Deck are a memory I will never forget. A few doors away ( literally ) is the most beautiful beach in Southern California, Shaw’s Cove. As I write this I am enjoying what may be one of the most spectacular ocean views while in the most lovely residential area of Laguna. I have just enjoyed six perfect weeks here. Gila has been delightful and accommodated any requests with a smile. I recommend this property to anyone wanting a wonderful beach experience. I am definitely returning.

I stayed in the lower level of the duplex property and this place is everything you could wish for in a beachside home. The amenities are amazing--washer/dryer on-site and a fully-stocked kitchen. Everything in the home looks super new and clean and the decor definitely makes you feel like you're staying oceanside. Last but definitely not least, this place has the MOST stunning views of the ocean! We didn't want to leave! Thanks so much, Gila, for an amazing stay and for all your help in making the booking process so simple and easy. I cannot recommend this place and this homeowner enough and we will definitely be staying here the next time we're in town!
