GORGEOUS VILLA W/SALT WATER POOL WALK TO BEACH

My husband and I enjoyed an extended stay at this lovely villa in the late autumn and our daughter and family joined us for the middle two weeks. Apart from the glorious weather for that time of year, our vacation was made complete by the superb location of the property (steps from the ocean yet close to the Pacific Coast Highway and minutes from elegant downtown Laguna Beach), by it's beautiful grounds with blossoms still flowering everywhere and by its spacious and luxurious interior. With the whole family together, we were four adults and three children and the size of the villa meant we never felt crowded and each had plenty of space to themselves when required. The children loved the private pool area (still warm without heating) and they spent time in it every day (actually preferring it to the beach for playing and relaxing) before we all congregated together for evening entertainment in the large TV/family lounge. A wonderful stay at a beautiful location which we would highly recommend and one which we hope to repeat ourselves at some future date. The villa provided for all our needs and the visit arrangements were made easy by the helpfulness of the owner who responded promptly to the few queries that arose during our stay.

My family of five stayed at this magical beach home for six weeks over the summer. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking to stay in a luxurious home in the perfect location in Laguna Beach. When you enter the house, you can see the ocean straight ahead out the windows, and it's spectacular at sunset. The house itself is well designed with two bedrooms each with own bath on the lower level, and the large master right above those bedrooms up a small staircase. Our two young girls shared one room, and my son stayed in his own. I felt close enough to hear them if they needed, but in my own retreat upstairs as well. The furnishings are gorgeous and comfortable-- very well thought out. On the grounds, there are fountains, a lawn for the kids to run around on, an outdoor fireplace with a sofa and chairs, and roses and flowering plants everywhere you look. The pool was our kids favorite part of the house. They did beach camps at the Dana Point Harbor, and after they got home, we could relax and swim without having to go anywhere. It's very, very private, there are no neighbors looking down into the pool area. Most evenings we went to dinner because the restaurants nearby are amazing, but we did use the grill a few times, and the kitchen is wonderful-- with everything you'd need to cook a gourmet meal. The owners are very warm and accessible by phone if needed. This house doesn't feel like a rental, it feels like a private home, and we feel lucky the owners shared it with us.

We rented this luxurious villa for an extended vacation for our family and were delighted with everything about it. The spaciousness and privacy of the whole property was immediately impressive with the lovely front lawn and patio for relaxing quietly, the beautiful large pool and terrace where we relaxed over lunch most days and the equally spacious and beautifully decorated internal accommodation - the large family TV den was our favourite room. The furnishing throughout were high quality and extremely comfortable and everything was provided for a wonderful stay, including stacks of luxurious towels & bed linen and a wonderful laundry facility. Whilst extremely private, the views from the terrace of the large master bedroom suite were spectacular and the location was only just off the Pacific Coast Highway and therefore very convenient for the ocean, several beaches and many restaurants, both within walking distance and a short drive away in Laguna Beach itself. Amazingly the Laguna trolley bus stops just one block away (50 yds) around the corner. The location also meant it is very convenient for exploring the whole south coast and the expansive and secure off-street parking/double garage at the villa was an added bonus. Our family hope to return again in the near future and we will certainly recommend the villa unreservedly to all our friends and acquaintances.

I stayed at this beautiful villa for a little over 2 months and enjoyed every second of it. It is impeccably furnished inside and out, with luxurious amenities throughout the house. The pictures do not show the owners' recent additions, i.e., patio furniture, new bedding, eclectic collection of artwork and decor. It is truly the most unique property you'll find in Laguna Beach -- believe me, I've looked and I am very discerning! It's also very peaceful and quiet, yet you are so close to everything. You can walk to the beach, stores, restaurants, bars. My husband and daughter enjoyed swimming in the salt water pool. They had so much fun -- really beautiful to watch while I worked hard on my tan! btw, this place gives a new meaning to the word immaculate. Can't wait to return!!!

I felt like I was staying at a seaside Italian Villa. The Villa was just as it was described--Gorgeous! What a beautiful home, impeccably decorated with a Tuscan flair. The home is equipped with everything you need. The family room is very comfortable and sports a huge TV. The kitchen has so much personality—it was fun to cook in. My favorite room in the home was the upstairs master bedroom with its own private balcony. The ocean view was breathtaking--a perfect place to enjoy your morning coffee. The front yard has a private, beautifully landscaped, lawn and BBQ area for entertaining. You also have your own private pool area in the back yard. The beach and many restaurants are within walking distance. I would highly recommend this home.

What a gem! Our family had a wonderful time. We were pleasantly surprised that the home (inside and out) was better than the pictures! The owners are wonderful to deal with and took great care to ensure we had everything we needed for a grand vacation. We felt like family! We stay in Laguna almost every year. This is by far our best experience. Can't wait to return!

The pictures do not do this home justice. This is such an amazing property. You can tell the owners love this home and have sparred no expense to share it with others. It was so fun living in the lap of luxury for a week. Not only was the home flawless but the grounds were breathtaking. We are already looking at our schedules to book again next summer. This home is really a hidden gem on VRBO.
