Or turn it all off and relax to your heart’s desire on one of the four balconies and porches. Twelve-foot ceilings, Purple brand mattresses, gorgeous plantation shutters, two living rooms with over-stuffed couches, game tables, plenty of storage & a kitchen specifically designed for home chefs to prepare their favorite coastal recipes.

LIVING SPACES: Drift into the first floor, open-concept living space where comfort and connection come together. Soft layers of blue ripple throughout the room, paired with warm wicker accents that echo a relaxed charm. Whether you’re sinking into the plush couches or lingering at the kitchen bar stools with easy conversation, this is a space designed for togetherness. Share laughter over meals at the dining table for nine, then unwind as the evening melts into cozy movie nights by the glow of the flatscreen.
Upstairs, a second living space quietly invites a more intimate gathering. SLEEPING QUARTERS: On the first floor, a playful bunk room awaits, where two twin-over-twin bunk beds create a cozy haven for late-night whispers and shared laughter. Just across the hall, a serene queen bedroom offers a calming contrast, dressed in crisp white tones and complete with its own private bathroom.
Upstairs the primary king bedroom awaits. Step out onto the private balcony to breathe in the stillness, or sink into bed and let the day gently fade away. The ensuite bath offers its own touch of indulgence, with a double vanity and a spacious shower designed for slow mornings and unhurried evenings.

IF A PET IS SEEN ENTERING A NON-PET FRIENDLY HOME, GUEST WILL BE CHARGED A PENALTY AND/OR EVICTED.

Southampton is a non-pet friendly property, and there are no exceptions. If a pet is seen entering Southampton the homeowner and/or Cinnamon Shore Vacation Rentals has the right to immediately evict the renter with no refunds, regardless of time of day or night.

There will be an automatic non-refundable penalty fee of $1000 added to the reservation if a pet is seen entering the property. If the pet does not leave the property immediately, at the date of the violation, there will be an additional $300 daily charge applied to the renter until eviction. It is up to the contract signee to disperse the pet policy to all persons staying in the home. If a renter's guests violate this policy it is assumed they are aware of the policy and the fee will be assessed. The Renter may also be liable for any additional charges related to cleaning fees and/or damage in the home.

My husband, myself and our 2 kids had been the previous Sept (2022) and couldn't wait to treat our friends to the experience. Cinnamon Shore is the only way to vacation in Port A for us. YES, it's expensive and it's a treat for us. But WOW is it amazing! From the service, to the grounds and all the amenities! Our group is already planning our next trip AND my husband booked a trip on our way out for just he and I. Can't wait to go back!NOTE: The alcoholic drinks at C Bar Too (South) are awful. C Bar (North) does it right. I don't know what the difference is, but I did send an e-mail to the vacation staff to let them know. Hopefully they improve!

We loved that the kids were all downstairs and the adults had the 2nd floor to ourselves including a lovely balcony off of the upstairs den. The house was in great condition and the location was superb for everything!

The house had everything we needed. We cooked a few nights and enjoyed pizza on the beach one night. It's located close to the pools and the beach- a really great location. The kitchen was well-equipped. The beds were comfortable. Our family had a wonderful time and can't wait to return.

The layout worked perfectly for our family (4 adults and 4 kids) with room to spare. The upstairs media area was perfect for quiet time while kids are napping. Everything we needed was stocked in the kitchen. It was such a short walk to Keira’s pool, Dune pool and the beach, even with little kids in tow. We will definitely stay here again!

    First time in port aransas. Location I’m cinnamon shores was perfect to get to beach, get to pool and center of resort. All Walking distance. Don’t need golf cart. House had all we needed for this shirt stay. Highly recommend.

    Great location and amenities, loved the house. It had plenty of space and kitchen was well equipped. Was disappointed with the wifi, they came out to try and fix it and it never got better. Wouldn’t be a problem except on the rainy days we were stuck inside with no internet so that was disappointing. Otherwise a great vacation, we will be back!

    New & in immaculate condition. Beautifully decorated, and ideally located close to the beach/pool/gym. Layout was perfect for our Family of six to spread out. Kitchen was well equipped for family meals. Would definitely book this property again...FIVE stars.
