Small cabin right on Lake Champlain; for us, location was perfect for visiting family nearby. This is a very cute vintage lake cabin, built without much insulation, generally not a problem in summer. We had unseasonably cool weather, but the portable heater provided kept the bedroom warm at night. We enjoyed our stay very much.

The location is stunning! Being able to wake up to the sounds of the lake was excellent, we had perfect weather during our day, but do note that there is no air conditioning. The day we arrived it was very hot, lucky for us it cooled down for the rest of our stay. We like it cool so we left the window open all night but if you’re sensitive to temperature, make sure to bring warm and cool. It got chilly over night. The reason I’m giving our stay a 4/5 and not 5/5 is because the bed is very uncomfortable, I mean very uncomfortable. They’re also is no information book, to inform you of local places to visit, rules for the stay, Wi-Fi information, or emergency contact information. They’re also was no staples in the kitchen like coffee, tea, salt, and pepper. Don’t get me wrong, this place was amazing, and my wife and I will be visiting again. I just want you to be prepared for the things this place may be lacking slightly.

Everything I hoped for - quiet, serene, and comfy. And yet, close to everything, wifi and Internet if I needed it. I even found a few fossils from the world's oldest fossilized reef, Chazy. Loved my time there!

This place was so lovely. Gorgeous views and the interior is so nice. A little isolated feeling if you're there alone but perfectly safe and plenty to see or do within 10 min driving. Will be coming back!!
