We had an amazing time !! We came up to look at the leaves and local highlights. The property and owners are amazing, everything was clean and quiet. If you would like peace just wake up and catch the sunrise and listen to the waves crash on the shore. The accommodations were perfect for us making meals and taking a break from life. Burlington is a 30 minute drive away and it’s a easy drive. The stars at night will overwhelm you also . So thankful we found this location and will use again.

This is a comfortable private one bdrm unit perched literally on the Lake Champlain shore. It’s run by an outside mgr which I like, full accountability and professionalism. Unit has 2 kayaks and 1-2 bikes. It’s all no frills but clean and comfy. Kitchen is good. Good mattress. Excellent water pressure in shower. A lot of gnats and non stinging bugs outside around the doors and windows, fitting for a place right on the lake and backed up by a big marsh. It was raining the whole time I was there which probably contributed. Not a complaint just a heads up for people who are not from the area and sensitive about any bugs. I’d definitely stay here again.

Wonderful place for quiet relaxation. Lake views from every window in back of house. Enjoy sunrise on lake from deck with morning coffee. Descend to a lower deck with chairs closer to lake. Amenities include kyacks and a row boat. I suggest water shoes if you want to swim and bringing camping chairs in case chair cushions provided become damp. I highly recommend this beautiful, cozy home away from home!

The host couldn’t be nicer or more accommodating. The place is clean and very spacious. It’s directly on the water with a great little pier.

Great stay with beautiful lake views. The property was very clean and updated. Well stocked and use of kayaks was a plus. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for wonderful getaway on lake!

We felt like we were on the edge of the world being on lake Champlain! Breath taking lake views without the large crowds. Very peaceful. Great rental for that corner of Vermont!

My girlfriend and I took a trip to Vermont for some R&R, biking, and hiking. Unfortunately, it rained every day and kinda ruined our vacation. The bright spot, however, was the incredible stay. The place is absolutely beautiful and very well kept. And spotless. Modern appliances and a well-stocked kitchen in case you wanna cook. Shower was spotless and plenty of hot water. Bed was very comfortable. Views of the lake were amazing. Will 100% stay here again!

Place is clean and situated in a beautiful location. Could not recommend enough. Will definitely be returning at some future date.

If you’re looking for something special, this is it. My daughter and I were visiting UVM and I wanted to stay somewhere special. I booked here and couldn’t be happier. After our tour, we drove the 35 min to the house, did an amazing sunset kayak on the lake and enjoyed a great dinner at a local resteraunt. We woke early for coffee/tea and enjoyed a spectacular SUNRISE over the lake and mountain backdrop. The accommodations were perfect for us-clean, well equipped and we met the host, who lives there. He was so friendly and welcoming. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here snd highly recomend it.

We really enjoyed our stay. The place was nice and clean. The lake is beautiful!!! Having kayaks was our determining factor for our choice. A point of attention: we need to get in the water to use the kayaks. It was ok for us, but might be cold in other seasons.

Awesome views and nature's calming sounds! Easy access to the lake and dock. Apartment was very clean and well equipped with everything we needed. Met the owner upon our arrival who welcomed us and advised us he was available if we needed anything (EXCELLENT HOST!). He let us know where the bicycles and floating tubes were located for our use. Saw abundant wildlife (ducks, osprey and eagles). Will definitely plan a return trip!
