The Cedar Lodge is surrounded by jumbo windows granting you unobstructed views of the Rockies on a 7-acre lot. Every room has an amazing view. There's a new outdoor sauna and theater room setup. There is easy access (very important during winter and mud season) to highway 9 with only 300 feet of a well-maintained dirt road. There is easy access to the backdoor of Breckenridge (25 minutes). Stayed Jun 12, 2021My husband and I stayed here for our mini honeymoon and we couldn't have chosen a better place. The house is beautiful, it had everything we needed, not to mention it was in a great location. We were able to fully relax and watch the sunset each night on the back deck. Our dogs loved the open space and had a blast running around. Highly recommend!

Stayed Feb 13, 2021I booked this to host some friends and family for my birthday. The property was easy to get to, offered great views, and was just as described! A great number of beds/rooms and bathrooms. The sauna was great and enjoyable in the cold weather as well. They also allow pets which is great since I usually like to take mine with me. Easy access to route 9, which takes you up to Breck, or close to FairPlay as well. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and Zac was so easy to communicate with before hand and if we needed anything during our stay.

Stayed Sep 26, 2020We have stayed in this area many many times and we enjoyed this cabin so much. The ease of it being right off of the highway was so convenient. It was clean and cozy and we felt at home right away. We loved having the theater room and used it quite a bit. The views from the windows upstairs were incredible. The cabin is equipped with pretty much anything you need down to laundry detergent. The owner was so nice and extremely quick to respond. Would definitely stay again.

Stayed Sep 4, 2020We spent 2 nights at Zacs property and it was wonderful. The views from the back deck (and throughout the house) were beautiful and amazing to watch the sunset over each night. House is exactly as listed and perfect for our secluded weekend away with friends. Still close enough to Breck and some great hiking trails for both a relaxing and adventurous trip.
