Stayed Jan 2, 2026Amazing place! We came upstate for skiing, and this house was perfect for our trip. It was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed, including many small, thoughtful touches that made our stay even better. The hot tub and fire pit were great additions and really enhanced the experience. We would absolutely stay here again.

Stayed Nov 7, 2025This place was great! Just as the photos showed, very clean, well appointed, everything you would need in the kitchens and bathrooms. Evan made contact a few days before we arrived with check in info, then checked in the night before we left with check out instructions. We had no issues. The location is great, we were there for a mini Ithaca College reunion, and this is 2 minutes from campus, and maybe 8 minutes from the commons. The hot tub was a great feature! Overall I’d definitely recommend this property!

Stayed Jul 13, 2025Lovely house with plenty of space for a family. Location was great to downtown Ithaca and to explore the waterfalls and lakes. The S’mores and campfire was a nice touch!

Stayed Apr 12, 2025This place is so thoughtfully appointed and very clean and well kept. Everyone slept really well, the beds are comfortable. The hot tub is a really nice treat to help you relax. I will definitely book again when I return to Ithaca.
