Stayed Aug 2, 2025From reservation to check in and check out everything was super smooth and easy. The house was spotless and had plenty of space for 5 adults and 2 small dogs. WiFi worked flawlessly the entire stay. The kitchen has plenty of plates, silverware and drinkware. The bathrooms were well stocked and super clean. Beds were very comfortable. 3 adult “kids” enjoyed time in the hot tub. The grill worked great for making burgers. We never managed to use the sauna- but it looked great. We enjoyed watching the deer pick apples. The turkeys put on a show one evening. We saw a crane couple several times and even a fox early one morning. There is a nice little beach about 3 minutes from the house that we enjoyed. We visited the Porcupine Mountain SP as well as much of the Keweenaw including Copper Harbor (if going out to the point you’ll want 4x4 by the way). This house was a great place to use as a base for our family vacation. (Oh…. The cinnamon rolls from Hilltop Restaurant are a sight to behold…. And really good!!)
