The Estate- Beautiful home with heated pool and pontoon boat.

It was a beautiful house with lovely space with lots of room for everyone. We enjoyed the kitchen & pool area the most. The pontoon boat was hit with the kids. The boat we took out two of the five days we stayed and charged it accordingly. It was slow and fun and I’ve never used an electric boat before. The pool and spa were the places we spent the most time in. So everyone enjoyed having their own space bedroom&bathrooms well upstairs shared with bedrooms there. The view from home is beautiful, hiking around the house was great and the area was very convenient and accessible to all the places we needed to go. The manager was very helpful&communicated well whenever we needed anything or had questions about the house. We went over the new year holiday week for a celebration of life. It was great to have our own home base and space from family and friends and select guests (we cleared before our stay with owners and manager) came to visit. The home is in a great neighborhood and the dining table was well used with meals&game nights. It was nice for the teen to have his own space and the preteens to have their own bathrooms with makeup and girl stuff and the younger kid had his own space and parents had their own space which was great. The comfy couches and living room and tv were used for movies and bowl games. The outside table has a fire pit in it which was fun for the kids and they loved the balconies. We enjoyed our stay here and would do it again next time we come to AZ.

Great property to rent a few rules like no smoking in or on the property which I understand not inside however not outside on grounds I did not but it was respected and followed, I have an elderly family member that smokes and it made it

This home is perfect! Loved the king sized beds, bathrobes, welcome snacks and drinks of choice. They thought of EVERYTHING!

This home fit our needs perfectly for our large group. It's absolutely beautiful and in a great location. The property even comes with a pontoon boat! We were greeted with a basket full of snacks and cold beverages in the fridge. We had great communication with the property managers before and during our stay. Everything was wonderful and made for a memorable stay for our family. Definitely will rent this property again.

We held our annual mom's trip at this home and are so glad we did! The location was awesome -- quiet neighborhood and close to everything. The home was great for a large group -- lots of space, very clean, and open spaces that were large and could accommodate all 11 of us. The amenities were top notch -- everyone we worked with was super responsive, the pontoon boat worked great, and the pool was an awesome gathering space. Thank you so much for making our 5th annual trip memorable and relaxing!

this house is gorgeous! You will not be disappointed. The beds are comfortable. The pool was amazing. A couple things weren’t working but they were quick to respond and help fix those things right away! If you are thinking of staying here, don’t think just book it!

We had a good time relaxing at this beautiful house, which was clean and just as beautiful as pictured in the listing. Aside from some technical issues with the air conditioning, dish washer, and garbage disposal, it was a carefree extended weekend.

Property was well maintained and appointed. Loved the location and access to anything we needed. What a great home!!!
