This place is amazing! The host is great to work with. The house has plenty of room so you never feel crowded. The outdoor space is also amazing! So many fun things to do at this house. We had a wonderful long weekend here!

This was our first time staying in a rental home. I was a little nervous. Turns out there was absolutely no reason to be because we hit the jackpot with the most amazing host and her beautiful home. She was flexible and made it possible for us to spend Thanksgiving at the house. Carlene thought of everything to make everyone's stay amazing. We loved the heated pool, hot tub, boat, and all of the toys and activities that were provided for the kids. From the assortment of pastries waiting for us when we walked in, to the coloring station set up for the kids, we all felt so special. We were SO sad to leave and can't wait to go back!

Carlene made check-in easy and was very accommodating. Great communication and the property was great. Lots of room and space for everyone to hang out.

Fantastic property. Excellent owner. I have been using VRBO for travel for several years. This was an A plus experience. If you are traveling to Phoenix, Arizona, and want to stay in your own private little resort, this is the property to select. The house floor plan is family friendly. The game room is so much fun. The pontoon boat is a blast to just be able to cruise around your own little lake community in the middle of the desert. Hiking is just around the corner. Restaurants and shopping are close by. Swimming pool, hot tub, putting green. But the main feature is the property and the owner. Anything that we needed was already there. A welcome message with my granddaughter’s names, which made them crack up and smile. This is a great place to stay. A

Amazing trip to AZ. We loved the pontoon boat! It was very relaxing. Carlene thought of everything you would need for a wonderful vacation. We appreciated the complimentary early check in and late checkout! Would definitely recommend staying here to all family and friends.

Carlene's house was the perfect option for our group of two families with small kids. The house was fully stocked with everything you could need whether that was for cooking or just living. It was a lovely vacation retreat! The host and her property manager were always available for questions or suggestions in the area, and very accommodating. If you needed a break from the sun, the house had anything imaginable for our kids to play with, crafts to make, and games. Being across the street from the conservation park allowed for short hikes before the heat. Even walking around the neighborhood was enjoyable. We were able to fish off the dock and using the boat was an added plus for our rental. The pool area with the pool toys kept the kids occupied for hours. We loved it!

We booked this house because we wanted to warm up, relax, and meet as family (half from Wyoming and half from New Mexico) for spring break. Upon arrival, we felt welcomed and very much at home. The host and property manager went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed (and wanted) and answered all of our questions. We appreciated all of the supplies and necessities to make us not feel as if we had to pack or buy every needed little thing to cook (baggies, foil, spices, etc.). We spent most of our days relaxing by the pool, taking the pontoon boat out for a ride, and playing pool. The place was a short drive from shopping, restaurants, and easy on and off access to the interstates. The neighborhood was quiet, friendly, and we felt very safe. We hope to return in the near future!

We had such a wonderful time at this home. Everything was as advertised, and the little details such as snacks before Easter and little notes around the house let us really feel like we were invited to the house of a close friend or family member. It was well stocked, unlike a lot of houses that have crappy cookware and other basic staples. This place felt like our own second home and we’ve definitely found our place in Phoenix.

This is an amazing house!! Went for superbowl weekend and our son’s 40th birthday day. Carlene went above and beyond to help celebrate his bday! The house was decorated with superbowl and birthday decorations, a large basket of snacks, toys for the kids and bottles of wine. The house is a perfect place to relax, enjoy the pool, jacuzzi and boat. Our grandkids enjoyed the all the pool toys and daily boat rides. We can’t wait to go back!!!

The owner was in easy communication, the hosue was loaded with ammentities, the pool was heated and the pontoon fishing was so fun! We absolutely plan to stay here again.

Three generations of family in Arizona to celebrate our son's 21st birthday. This home was perfect - from the well stocked kitchen (we cook), to the indoor and outdoor games (pool, table tennis, ladder ball, etc.) to the included pontoon boat for leisurely rides around the lake. Things were well labeled and thoughtfully located. Carlene (owner) and Janet (property manager) were personable and professional in all communications. They even had a very thoughtful birthday welcome display for our son - which we all were deeply impressed with. We have experience with multiple VRBO homes in multiple states - my husband and I agree that this one has been the best. Thanks Carlene & Janet!

Property was perfect for stay close to Surprise, AZ for destination wedding. All the amenities were wonderful and we enjoyed the pool, pontoon ride in the morning and all the extras this property had to offer. Carlene provides great communication and goes above and beyond on all the extras!!! You can tell she really cares about her home and guests. In a great location, nice neighborhood and close to anything you may need. Thanks for everything Carlene.

Our family had an amazing time! The house is beautiful yet welcoming. Carlene texted prior to and after arrival to make sure everything was as expected, the property manager stopped by to introduce herself and answer any questions we might have. This house has EVERYTHING you could need! I have stayed in MANY vacation rental homes but never as well stocked as this one nor a host who is so welcoming! Snacks were waiting and the mini fridge was stocked! Many games for our family game nights, lots of floaties for the pool and plenty of fishing equipment for the mornings on the lake! 1000% recommend! Thank you again for an amazing stay!

Our family had a wonderful stay at this house. The house was just as described. So many little touches, you can tell a lot of thought was put into making it as accomodating as possible. We spent most of our time poolside and on the putting green. The kids loved making cotton candy and snow cones. Carlene was great to work with. It was one of our daughters birthdays while we were there, and she went out of her way to decorate and set up a suprise for her and our other 2 kids when we arrived. It was such a nice gesture and a fun suprise to welcome us to the house. If we were back in the area, we would stay again for sure!
