The backyard area is amazing. Plenty of space for everyone in the house. Hosts are very responsive.

The pool and spa were excellent as was the location on the lake. Nice BBQ facility and fun to have the pontoon boat to ride around on.

The house, pool and pontoon boat are wonderful! The listing and book could be updated some, the arrowhead golf course went private last February, there are still public golf courses close by. The management was wonderful! They were prompt at taking care of some small issues. We look forward to returning!

Check in was very simple. The pool is of course the top feature, but the beds were also very comfortable!

We enjoyed our stay as a family of 5 in this home. Everyone has different standards as to what they may consider a 5 star home. After 14 years of staying in different home rentals all over the Phoenix suburbs, I would say this is a nice home, but not 5 star. There was plenty of space in the home and the pool table and pinball machine were a fun addition. The gambling machines require payment, so just be aware of that. The kitchen is mostly well stocked with utensils and pots and pans. There is no meat thermometer for the grill, so either bring your own or purchase one if you intend to use the grill frequently. The beds were comfortable, but there were no mattress pads on the twin beds and had urine stains on them, which we didn't realize until we stripped the beds before we checked out. There are two refrigerators, which is helpful for larger families. The ice maker is EXREMELY slow at producing ice, so if you use it frequently, you'll need to supply your own. The pool was the best part of the home. We enjoyed that every day. Unfortunately, we could not enjoy the patio in the morning or evening because the mosquitos were horrible! We've stayed in other waterfront homes and this was not an issue. It may be due to the mountains nearby, but regardless, that was disappointing for us. The home could use some touchups and some upgrades. The binder that is provided in the home is not accurate for many things and should be updated.

We loved our stay here. The pool, hot tub and all in all house was perfect for all the ages from 10-54. The hosts provided lots of towels for the pool and house. Great supply of pots and pans. Near great shopping for food and fun. The hosts were very available to us for questions or support.

We had the best time with friends and family visiting for a graduation. Beautiful pool, spa, lakefront! Fun game room. Would definitely recommend and will return again when in town.

Super place for family and location Has everything you need for adults and kids. The pool was fantastic.

Our family thoroughly enjoyed the home, plenty of things to do. Play or just float in the pool, cruise the neighborhood on the boat, or play in the game room. A great home for a large group, with 10 adults there was plenty of room. The outdoor patio and pool area is amazing.

This home was great for our extended family of 9, 6 adults and 3 college aged daughters/grand daughters. Something for everyone with the pool, hot tub, pinball, shuffleboard, pool table, slot machines, etc! We had Thanksgiving dinner at the house and it worked out great. The extra refrigerator in the garage was a big help too. Would definitely recommend.

We had a great time staying at this beautiful home! It's comfortable and spacious with a resort-like backyard and gorgeous views of the lake and mountains. The game and billiards room with real slot machines and a pinball machine added to the fun! This house is well stocked with everything you could need to enjoy your vacation and is conveniently located close to stores and restaurants. We can't wait to come back next year!

We stayed 10 nts w our adult children & significant others. The house is very spacious w 4 bdrms upstairs - a huge master w king bed & bath, a 2nd king room with private bath, & 2 rooms connected w a jack n jill bath w a queen room & 2 twins in the other. There is 1 queen bdrm on the 1st fl w a full bath in the hall outside. Fam room is very comfy w a nice TV, kitchen seats 6+4 at the island & well stocked w cookware & nice appliances. 4 car garage incl with an extra fridge for beverages! Every house needs this! We chose this home for 2 reasons. We LOVED the private pool that has a lot of different seating areas and plenty of shade throughout the day w the umbrellas and awnings. It was 115° most days & being in the sun all day was not an option, so having shaded areas allowed us to be out there most of the day. The backyard feels like a mini resort. 2nd reason was for the game room. I knew we would enjoy it, but we LOVED it so much that we are now home & buying a pool table and possibly a pinball machine so we can have our own game room! We played pool, pinball, shuffleboard & slots day & night when not by the pool. Fran & Werner, the hosts were so nice! The communication was great from the time we booked until we left. They are very helpful and responsive if you have any questions or need anything during your stay. I would not hesitate to rent from them again for this reason. I felt at home & even enjoyed watering all the thirsty plants & trees! Thank you again! Lynn

Everything was perfect about this house. There were plenty of supplies, and even laundry detergent to wash our clothes. The best thing was the pool. It was pretty hot out, but being able to enjoy the pool you hardly noticed the heat. Fran the manager was very quick to answer any questions we had. It wasn't even a big deal to add my 2 granddaughters for a few days since the house has so many bedrooms. They already said they want to come back and skip Disney World next year. I think that says it all.

This is house is perfect for all your needs ! Super Clean, roomy and activities of pool, shuffleboard inside and beautiful outside area with pool and lake. A must rental!
