This house is perfect for a family or group seeking a fun, culinary and cultural vacation. Popular dining spots in the neighborhood include Xiao Bao Biscuit, Fuel, Porchetta Shop, Southbound, R Kitchen, Chubby Fish and many more! Our guests and neighbors also rave about Welton's Tiny Bakeshop and Kudu Coffee. We recommend going to either for a cup of locally-roasted coffee or their delicious cookies and cakes. The house is only a short walk from the very popular King Street where you will find a multitude of great shops – including antique shops, book stores and fashion boutiques – as well as endless buzzing restaurants and bars.



Getting Around:

You can walk almost everywhere - but should you want to rest your feet, there are many other options for getting around: Uber, Lyft, Charleston Bike Taxi, Charleston Rickshaw, Green Taxi or Yellow Cab.



Other Things to Note:

Luggage storage offered Monday- Friday at our main office from 8:30am-5pm. On weekends we recommend utilizing Bounce Luggage storage. Please inquire once booking is complete for the address!

    10/10 communication with the property. The on site parking was very key to us as a family with little ones and when we had additional questions, they were answered right away which was greatly appreciated. Awesome location and neighbourhood had lots of restaurants and quick take out options. Our kids loved playing in the living room and felt safe for them to explore the whole apartment. The property is off a busy street but this was not an issue for us and our kids slept through the night.

    Good location, some cute shops around. Great communication by host. Only bad thing was you can hear most of what’s going on outside while inside the house.

    Neighborhood location is good as you can walk to a lot of restaurants and stores in the King Street area. The actual location of the house is on a busy intersection so it is noisy. Blackout shades on the bedroom windows would be helpful. Everything was very clean and well stocked and communication with the host was excellent.

    Everything was great. Very clean, grocery store right below. We expected some noise on the street so no problem, check in and out was very smooth. Communication and location was perfect. We really enjoyed our stay. I really, really appreciated the feather pillows you had there!! That made a huge difference for me and I slept sooo much better and the beds were so comfortable. Thank you!!

    Great location to restaurants and shops. Comfortable beds. Loud busy street outside and you can hear the store below a lot at night but after busy days it wasn’t terrible and could still fall asleep.

    Great location to walk to everything. Very busy corner. The traffic was pretty loud. Wish windows had black out curtains on them. It would maybe help with noise and keep the brutal sun from baking the apartment. AC has hard time keeping place cool because of so much sun. Place was very clean and had everything we needed.

    Pros: Easy to get to many restaurants/shops only a couple blocks to King Street. Competitively priced for area. Nice open living/ kitchen area. Kitchen has pretty much everything you need Beds were comfortable. On-site Parking available Yourpad management company very responsive when called with issues and resolved them pretty quickly Cons: Located on corner of a busy intersection above a convenience store with pretty steep stairs Very noisy at all hours of day/night (If light sleeper or with baby I personally do not recommend)Floors are wonky and uneven The blinds on windows do not block light

    We had a great time at the property! Plenty of room for the three of us to spread out and relax. The shower pressure was great, the beds were super comfy and I appreciated the off-street parking. There were some quirks about the house that you would expect from such n old home, like slanted floors and stairs, but honestly that was endearing. The bodega was super convenient and the noise

    The house is the perfect location to walk everywhere. We had an appointment at MUSC, that was a 15 minute walk away. We walked to King Street. Holy City bagels on the corner and restaurants on every block!! House was clean, comfy and fully stocked. We Only had to buy groceries. The only ONE thing I think the house could benefit from would be curtains on the windows. The bamboo blinds are quite see through. At least curtains in the bedrooms, so you could sleep a little later and not worry about people seeing you in your birthday suit! Great place to stay. Would absolutely stay there again!!!

    We stayed here for a short girl’s trip and overall had a great stay. Loved the fun and modern design blended within an older structure. Pictures are accurate and we found it clean. AC worked well and company communicated well and promptly. Easy checkin and checkout. Great walking distance to downtown. The cons are that it is downtown and you’ll have the expected city noise. Sirens, loud music from passing cars, shouting pedestrians, random construction, etc. if you have lived in busy cities, you will not find this abnormal. If you are looking for a quiet, peaceful setting, this may not be the spot for you. We spent most of our time out and were not particularly bothered by the noise, but it is definitely there. The window shades are also very thin, bamboo shades, and the morning light will definitely shine in. If you are sensitive to light, then just be aware. Overall, it met our needs perfectly and we enjoyed the ambience and location. We would rent this again with the right group.

    We did a last minute rental here and it was great. The place is clean and conveniently located to everywhere. There’s even a little store right below it. The host communicated great to any questions we had. We will definitely be back!
