The location is unbeatable, just a short walk to the White River. The kitchen was well‑equipped, the living areas comfortable, and the firepit on the deck was a highlight at night. The host’s communication was seamless and check‑in/check‑out went smoothly.Highly recommend this property for a top‑notch getaway. We can’t wait to come back!

Stayed Jun 9, 2025The Fish and Game house is absolutely the best! The upstairs has plenty of room and fun for the kids and the downstairs is the quiet retreat for the adults. Can’t beat the location either. One of our very favorite places to stay!

Stayed Jun 13, 2025This property was just what our family/friends have been looking for! Plenty of room, wonderfully designed and furnished. The game room was a hit and enjoyed by all ages!! Cotter is a unique tourist town and everyone was so friendly! Close to Flippin and the Buffalo River where we float yearly! Joey is a great host and very responsive. You won't be disappointed!

Stayed Apr 2, 2025Property was absolutely perfect for a home base in Cotter. We had some major storms blow through and when we had to get off the river a little early it was fantastic to be able to shoot some pool and play a little ping pong!

Stayed Nov 27, 2024We stayed here for a family get together. It was the perfect place to share with a large family. Lots of things to do in the house (Pool table, arcade games, tvs, board games) and walking distance to the river for fishing. The two kitchens, one in each living space was nice. Make sure you take time to figure out (or ask about) the light switches in the main level, as it is not obvious and helps for sleeping in the loft.
