Pet-Friendly Cotter Retreat w/ Deck & Gas Grill!

Very beautiful and clean property. I highly recommend it!!

House is nicely decorated and very accommodating for 4 adults. Spacious kitchen, large bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. Convenient location and easy to get to. My only complaint is the view from the porch isn’t depicted properly in the pics. Either way, we will stay there again. The house was very comfortable.

The home was exactly like the photos, no surprises. Beautifully decorated, clean, kitchen was well equipped and the bed was comfortable! Enjoyed sitting on the deck and watching the sunset. Centrally located close to everything. I would highly recommend this place and would definitely stay again.

We enjoyed our stay! The place was clean, the beds were very comfortable and had plenty of linens. The kitchen was stocked with what we needed. The deck had the most beautiful views! And the front driveway was a great space for our grands to play. Hurst Guide Service is steps away from rental and provided a spectacular fishing trip for my husband and son in law who caught 40 trout in one afternoon! The only issue we had was when the front door keypad malfunctioned, but they quickly responded. Highly recommend!

This home was clean and so comfortable! Furniture and beds are very comfy! Location couldn't be better. Access to the river is decent and caught a ton of fish! Love the carport as we had a couple of storms go through and our new truck was protected. Only 1 small request would make it top notch...replace the slow coffee pot with maybe a Keurig...would be wonderful! We will be back to stay here again soon! Thank you so much!!

My husband and I have a fabulous stay, we fished every morning and went exploring each afternoon.The house was very comfortable and perfectly located with gorgeous views of White River. Highly recommend this location if you visit Cotter!

Our stay was very close to a variety of places to eat as well as local stores for those last minute items. Our bedroom overlooked the river which is what we were looking for to begin with. We were in the Cotter/Mountain Home area for a celebration of life gathering at my uncles 9 miles away and we wanted a very scenic stay. This fits the bill. Our establishment was very clean & cheery- very open. 3 T.V's If you want to run the candles for romantic lighting you may want to bring a few extra double A batteries. I'm a light buff. It is also a pet friendly place so if you bring your pets, make sure they are flea treated etc. so you don't not pass on unfriendly - unwanted little guests to the next people staying. October seems to be the busiest time of the year as we were told for the surrounding area so don't be in a hurry to get food at any fast food establishments or cafes. It took us 1 1/2 hours to get breakfast at a local sit-down and 1 hour to get a pizza ordered at the local pizza shop however in the evening we were able to order Bar-B-Q to go at the local Bar-B-Q place and picked it up at the drive through by the time we went a mile to the local wine & liquor store. Great Brisket by the way!! I'm from Texas so it's hard to find anything that measures up. Over all I give this place a 2 Thumbs Up!

The hose is beautiful and the view was wonderful each morning and night. Fog on the river in the morning and sunsets over the water at night!!! Close to town and fishing. We had a wonderful time.
