Bright Cotter Vacation Rental w/ White River Views

We were so glad we decided to spend our holidays at this lovely home. It's new, modern, clean, and very well maintained. It was exactly as described. Plenty of space, water views, beautifuly decorated and even pet friendly. We did have a bit of a challenge finding the home, but called the friendly and helpful Guest Contact, Maria. She was quick to respond and talked us right to the house. The location was great and convenient to town. Would love to return to this great find!

The house was terrific! New, clean, organized with clear instructions to help us maximize our stay. Definitely would rent again next time we are at the river.

Very clean and good location for fishing nearby. No access to the river, but decent views from the back porch.Spacious accommodations, thought upstairs bed was squeaky, getting in and out.

We had a very relaxing and fun trip to the white river this year. The house was clean, roomy, safe location, and close to town. We did wish we had river access and a dock would have been so nice. But we were able to fish from other areas close by. This year the river was pretty high, so renting a boat was not wise unless you know the river very well. Also Bull Shoals lake was only 25 minutes away, so we spent a day there on a pontoon boat.Overall we had a very pleasant, fun, and enjoyable vacation.

This property met and exceeded all of our expectations. Very clean and the location is excellent. I did believe from the listing pictures that it was on the river. It is separated by a ditch/creek which prevents access directly to the river. Other than that no complaints

Lovely home, well decorated, didn't use kitchen. Bathrooms were nice, everything was really clean inside and out. Comfy beds and furniture.

The house was perfect for 2 couples. It was roomy, comfortable and had a great view of the white river. Loved that there was plenty of seating in the living room. The location was perfect for us as it is close to great routes for riding our Harley and visiting family in the area. We received a fast response from the Host when we had a question. We will definitely rent this house again when there is only 4 of us.

Overall a very nice place. The growth of vines in the trees somewhat blocked the view if the river, compared to other places we have stayed, but access to getting those removed would be difficult because of the steep slope of the bank behind the house. Adequate kitchen utensils, etc. Very clean! Beds are great!

This facility was perfect for two couples. The view of the White River from the windows and the deck were beautiful. The location is great for beautiful drives, hikes and fly fishing different locations. Would highly recommend this home.

We LOVE the house and the area!

We chose this house because it is located in the center of the all the parks, waterfalls, and places we wanted to check out this trip. The house is in perfect condition and includes everything you will need and then more. It has water views and lots of critters moving about until the eagles show up. Nothing moves while the eagles are in the big tree out back. Beds are very comfortable and there's plenty of space in every room. We were able to bring our dog which was important. We brought our vacuum and removed the hair. We are likely to visit that area again and will try to rent this location. House is perfect. Location is perfect. The help with anything we needed was perfect. this house doesn't show up on Sculpin but #5 Sowbug nextdoor does. Rent this house, it's a jewel!

We stayed here for 3 nights and found it to be supremely comfortable. It was exactly as promised and we had no issues. Well equipped to cook and lounge around in. Close to lots of stuff. Thanks for a great stay!!!

Very clean, great location, gorgeous views

The management team was wonderful and the software that they use to keep us informed was excellent. I referenced the emails on a regular basis and the instructions were clear and concise. The amenities were made up with quality products even right down to the towels. Our place was nicely kept inside and out! I would highly recommend!

Beautiful setting! We were there for a funeral so circumstances did not permit enjoying fishing or kayaking. Lovely property and well appointed in every regard. Super comfortable beds and very cleans homes!
