Riverfront Arkansas Retreat Near Fishing & Hiking!

Loved staying here. The view was amazing and had all if the comforts of home. i would highly recommend. Very clean, hated to leave!!

Second time staying at this home! It's clean and comfortable, perfect for a weekend getaway. Wonderful views of the mountains from the back patio. The house sits on the bluff with a highway in front. There isnt much outdoor play space, so be aware for younger children. Perfect for older kids and close to fishing spots.

This is the second time I’ve stayed in this property. The location is fantastic. The view overlooking the river is fantastic. Everything is comfortable and well thought out. The house is also kind of broken into two areas: The kitchen, living room and back porch are great for hanging out. Whereas the bedrooms are located in the front of the house. The separation makes a great for those that desire to go to bed earlier than others.Looking forward to staying here again

The house was perfect for our family. We loved the large open room. Kitchen had everything we needed. My favorite part was the patio and the beautiful view. I enjoyed my coffee out there every morning. My husbands favorite part, as odd as this sounds, was the driveway. It was in great shape and was well thought out. Making it easy for us to safely get on the busy road. We will be back!

If you’re bringing family on a fishing trip in Cotter, this place is perfect. Just down the road from The Sands(restaurant) and Cotter Trout Dock. Pretty much the only two places we needed to go to while fishing( Other than Natural State Fly Shop). Not only was the location great, but was very clean, housed 5 of us very comfortably, and the view was outstanding! PLUS our kids found the board games and spent the evenings playing them instead of being on their devices. Which was great in and of itself. My wife and daughter really appreciated the cleanliness and homey feel as well. Will continue to stay here on our annual trout trip.

The home was very clean, well kept and maintained, comfortable, accommodating, and there are fantastic views of the White River and mountains. This property is very well located in Cotter and conveniently located for any hiking or fishing you would like to enjoy. The best part is the view from the back patio. We enjoyed watching the sunset with a glass of wine or two! The host is extremely accommodating, and she is easy to work with. We will be coming back very soon to enjoy more of what Cotter has to offer!

Everything was as described, the property was clean and comfortable and the view was terrific! No concerns or problems at all.

The property was very clean and great meeting place for a family Thanksgiving week. Karen was excellent to work with- quick to respond to questions and helpful to troubleshoot the WiFi issues. We would recommend the property and would definitely use again. Plenty of supplies and appliances throughout the house. The view was nice and would be perfect in the Fall. Our family really enjoyed the open space for playing games, eating and celebrating the holiday.

I would like to just let everyone who is thinking about running this house know that it is beautifully appointed and located in the absolute most beautiful location. We thoroughly enjoyed the access we had in the amenities of the home were not over-the-top and ridiculous. They were perfectly done and tasteful. The house was very comfortable. Had everything we needed strongly recommend anyone to stay at this beautiful home.

My husband and I came back (again) for a long weekend. It’s a great house and location on the White River. We always enjoy our stay and are so glad we this gem!

Everything was perfect. The closeness to water for fishing to ease lf access to highways to move around the area. Home was beautiful and clean. Just overall perfect place.
