Stayed May 2, 2025We’ve stayed at several rental properties over the years and pictures and descriptions can be deceiving, that wasn’t the case with Copper Haven! The moment we arrived we commented on how the pictures accurately represented how well done this proper is. The property itself is well kept, clean and the backyard with pool and hot tube along with multiple seating (and napping) options was awesome. You’ll also find a few items built into the house that are pretty cool! This property will definitely be on the short list when we come back into the Phoenix area again.

Stayed Feb 26, 2025This was by far the best overall VRBO experience from the communication to the house itself! My wife is super picky and didn’t want to leave the house because it had everything and felt so relaxed. We will stay again.

Stayed Feb 13, 2025I’ve stayed in over 30 VRBO’s and this is Hands down the best. The owners are phenomenal and extremely helpful, location is a in a cute quiet neighborhood, and the owners gave attention to every. Single. Detail. Of the house and it shows. By far the cleanest house I’ve stayed in, would come back 100x. Don’t look any further, just book this house!

Stayed May 10, 2024The property exceeded our expectations, the photos don’t capture its true beauty. The pool, jacuzzi, and amenities were incredibly impressive. The intricate details of the property are worth mentioning! This was a true oasis. It had all the essentials and was impeccably clean. The hosts were exceptionally attentive and friendly, the best we’ve encountered. They were quick to respond and even came to assist us in person. We look forward to returning with our families and friends! Trust me when I say you won’t be let down if you make a reservation.

Stayed Mar 1, 2024Great communication from hosts. Clear instructions--utilize the YouTube tutorials if the tech in the house intimidates you; we found it helpful. There's a binder with instructions as well. Check in and check out was seamless. Appreciated that we could park in the garage (the opener is so quiet!). Utilized laundry set-up; easy to use. House is as good, if not better, than pictures show. Decor was dialed (& fun-- Derek, you should do tutorials on YouTube if you did all the copper touches and the bike counter/sink yourself). Meal prep was easy at BIG island. We planned to eat at the table on the patio and never did--loved the inside as much as outside. Everyone was comfortable and happy. Cost to heat pool was worth it--our kids utilized it each day of our stay (early March), starting around 10am, so we appreciated the warmth of the water. Hot tub was great too. Backyard shower was convenient. Didn't use grill but noted lots of counterspace around it. The backyard really does have a resort getaway feel. We all loved the double lounge swing and want one at home. Beautiful lighting at night. Private. We enjoyed lots of games of foosball and billiards, and Hook 21 was a fun new challenge. Snuggled up for movies too. Appreciated that each bedroom was TV free so we could truly rest in comfy beds. Lots of closet space. Minimal jobs at checkout was amazing. We would recommend this home to others in the area and would happily return. Thanks for letting us stay you guys!
