The Compass House (Pet Friendly)

Very nice stay! Kitchen was well equipped and lots of entertainment! Too cold/windy to enjoy backyard space during our stay but wonderfully set up! Property was very clean and property manager was quick to answer any need!

Great house for our week on the Cape! The house was updated and very nice inside and our. Plenty of space to spread out and unwind. We had our family of 6 plus a couple friends and grandmothers and for fine. Basement was very cool and the pool table and shuffleboard table got a lot of use. Backyard deck was awesome and we spent many nights grilling and relaxing by the fire pit or in the hot tub watching Red Sox games on the outdoor TV. Brought our dog and the house was perfect for her with a fenced backyard. Location was great - minutes from Mayflower Beach and central to the Cape so we could explore from Hyannis to P-Town. Very responsive property manager that responded to questions very quickly. Would highly recommend!

We had so much fun at the Compass House. Our 4 adult kids all came and we spend many hours grilling, enjoying the hot tub and the fire pit. Oh and the mattresses were really comfy. Highly recommend!

As always, our stay was wonderful. Any issues we had were resolved quickly. Working on my dates for our stay for 2026!

Perfect for our summer vacation

This house was perfect for 3 couples and a very cute pup.Clean, well appointed and so cozy for Christmas.Although we didn't make good use of the backyard, it was chilly on Cape, the space was ideal for the dog and so magical with the cafe lights.

Great location, just minutes from beautiful beaches / Scargo Tower / Dennis Market. The home is cozy & clean, fireplace is perfect for chilly nights. The speakeasy is a fun spot for cocktails & a game of pool / movie night. Outside seating & kitchen with hot tub is awesome. Beautiful fenced in yard is perfect for pups to play. Love the home & will def be back. Thank you for a great experience.

In a word - excellent. Tons of room for 7 of us, can easily sleep/hold more. Layout is extremely functional yet private. Super clean. Well stocked. Just an awesome property. We’ll absolutely be back!

We stayed in early July and the house and amenities were top notch. We didn’t even use the house to its full potential (hot tub and speakeasy) we were so pleased. Jim is a very responsible owner and was quick to help up with a few minor needs. Having young kids, a home with a fenced in yard and lots of towels and soap in each bathroom would make my packing less for the next time around. Everything was clean and new and exactly what we were looking for in a rental. We hope to return next year!

This property was fantastic for our Cape Cod vacation! TVs are everywhere including outside. Table shuffleboard, pool table and hot tub provided endless additional opportunities for fun at home. The patio has very comfortable furniture for enjoying the yard. We had most lunches out and were able to prepare wonderful dinners in the nicely appointed kitchen and on the outside grill. The dining table accommodates 10 without trouble. Beds were comfortable. The upstairs bedrooms got a bit warm at night. The location allowed us to visit many communities and beaches going both east and west. We had bicycles for our entire group and were very happy that we could get to the Cape Cod rail trail almost entirely on dedicated bike paths. Would highly recommend this property and the host/management company. Everything was really great!

This was our third time at this house, so it feels like home. The house is well stocked with everything we needed. The new update to the basement was great. Owner is very responsive if you have any questions or concerns. We will be back next year!!
