The Brigham 5 Star! ROOFTOP TERRACE Historic Savannah ULTIMATE LUX VACATION!!

Beautiful property and fantastic location! We booked the full property (all 5 rooms, 3 floors) for a group trip to Savannah to celebrate three birthdays. We were four couples and two individuals so the room layouts were a big plus. Four king sized bedrooms with their own bathrooms, and a room with two single beds with their own bathroom. The space bright and extremely spacious, allowing us to congregate during breakfast and at the end of the night, with plenty of open areas so no one felt like we were on top of one another. The private rooftop was a hit too! A great place to have our own private happy hours, to enjoy the views of the city and of course, take pictures. The location was fantastic, right in the center of the quaint historic district. And even though it was on Bowl, that part of the street was still relatively quiet. We didn’t hear any street noise at all. You’re already planning a return trip to stay at this property next year!

The house is wonderful! Rooms all as described and everything well taken care of. Great location. We had 9 siblings in our group and we had plenty of space and all of us happy with our accommodations. Gina was quick to respond and great to work with. Rooftop terrace was great for evenings and balconies nice for people watching. Quiet area with pub on first floor for convenient eating. 5 stars!

Simply unbelievable! We are a group of 10 hockey moms from Boston — have been traveling together for 17 years and everyone agreed that this was, hands down, the best home we have ever rented. The location. The elegance. The bathrooms. The sitting area! Just perfect. The only thing they don’t have was a hair dryer. Other than that, wow!

Parking instructions were a little confusing. There is 2 spots directly behind the unit and 2 in the Liberty Parking Ramp. We did not use these but the instructions said down the lane? There was a communication error between the thermostat and ac unit on the last night we were there, but contacted the host and someone came out immediately and fixed it.

Incredible location. The house is amazing and the rooftop is amazing. Very well appointed kitchen and perfect for large families or groups. The downside? Beds and pillows are very uncomfortable and our air conditioning didn’t work two out of the three nights we were there. Lots of outside noise but that’s understandable being downtown. Pro-tip: use the washcloth to wedge in the bathroom door to keep it closed.

Loved the accomodation. Plenty of room and luxury for four couples. Can’t beat the location.

This property is amazing. We had a college reunion trip and the location is perfect. Walk everywhere, and the pub downstairs was convenient! The roof deck is accessed only by the tiny elevator. Some felt a bit uneasy in it, but very safe just small. Property had everything you need, fully stocked kitchen, and very clean. Would book again!

Our Family Thanksgiving at this amazing property was awesome. There were 10 of us and the home far exceeded the expectations of everyone. The spacious kitchen and dining room afforded us the perfect setting for our Thanksgiving dinner. The location was within walking distance of everything we wanted to do. Everyone agreed that this will be a destination spot for future visits to Savannah.

We had a wonderful stay at The Brigham in Savannah. The location is fantastic, just steps from Chippewa Square, and the house itself is beautiful, spacious, and very well appointed with lovely, comfortable furnishings and beds. Like many historic Savannah properties, the home is built up with plenty of steps, but the elevator (running from the first floor all the way to the rooftop) was a great feature.The rooftop deck is a highlight, offering a gorgeous view — a few more chairs and perhaps a coffee table would make it an even better gathering spot. There is convenient onsite parking, though we didn't use it since Savannah is such a wonderfully walkable city. As with any home of this size, there are a few areas that need some general maintenance, but the host/property manager has already started addressing them, which was reassuring. She was very responsive and accommodating.Overall, a great stay in a truly special home! We would highly recommend!!

This place was amazing. Better than the pictures. Elevator is slow and a bit quirky but once you figure it out it's fine. Host was super responsive. I would recommend this place to anyone.

Our stay was more than amazing! If I could’ve done more than 5 stars I would! The owner is very responsive and got back to us quickly! We needed a chef and she was able to give a suggestion too. This home is absolutely beautiful and the space and comfort were just top notch. It was 10 of us and not once did we get in the way of each other! We had so much space to relax and move around…simply lovely! The whole feel of this home felt like being at the spa. The rooftop is an absolute bonus and must see! The view is just awesome! The location is just perfect…we were able to walk and enjoy the walk to Downtown and beyond, to River Street. We were near everything we could’ve wanted and then some! We would most definitely stay again!

Amazing place. Tons of space, rooftop was great for evening hangouts, kitchen well equipped, bedrooms all excellent. Only very minor complaints were weak wifi and low water pressure, but would stay there again anytime we went with our whole family to Savannah. Great location, nice to have parking, really enjoyed!!

Long time friend group enjoying another getaway trip. Loved Savannah and the Brigham was perfect for us. Well equipped kitchen and fantastic dining area for our group of 8. Would have liked some basic things like tinfoil/plastic wrap. Living room area was spacious and comfortable. Be sure to bring your own shampoo, conditioner and body wash, as they are not provided. We loved that all the rooms had king sized beds. The bar and street noise was a bigger issue on the weekend vs our first night, but not terrible. Overall would recommend the Brigham and would love to come back!

The Brigham was everything expected and more. This exceptional property was beautifully designed and decorated on 5 levels thoughtfully planned with elevator access to all levels. The property has 5 spacious bedrooms, all either ensuite or with an adjacent bath, multiple large gathering spaces including a super rooftop terrace. Additionally there were two fully furnished kitchens with every convenience provided. The Brigham provides all linens, extra towels, etc... all this plus 4 parking spaces, a true asset in a town where parking is a premium. Elegant, spotless, inclusive and an easy walk to shopping, restaurants and all Savannah has to offer was found at this location. Our group of four couples had generous private spaces and great gathering spots. If visiting Savannah you should seriously consider The Brigham!

We had a truly wonderful experience at the Brigham. Everyone in our five-couple party related how exceptional the experience was. This place was spacious enough that people could congregate in any of the common areas without feeling cramped and at the same time one could always find a quiet place to be alone. We recommend this place highly!

A wonderful place for old friends to gather! Room for everyone and very comfortable—walkable to everything and delicious food all around us! We would love to return!! Savannah was fabulous and this was an amazing location!

I rented this property for my wife and her 5 girlfriends to celebrate her 50th. They absolute loved it. Great location, perfect layout, amazing rooftop, and easy check in check out. Highly recommend this property.

We are five couples who all went to college together a long time ago. The Brigham was perfect in every way. It’s in a great location with plenty of restaurants, shops, historic sites and bars within walking distance. The unit is very large, and we had common spaces I. Which to gather with privacy when desired. I only wished we could have stayed longer

We had a friends trip planned for months and our original booking cancelled on us last minute and we had to scramble to find something - this was all a blessing in disguise because we couldn’t have asked for a better experience at this house. It was perfect for a group of 10 and fit our needs perfectly. Clean, modern appliances, and overall just a really cool property right near downtown. Can’t recommend this place enough!

This property is the nicest, most well supplied VRBO I’ve ever rented. Super clean, organized, everything you need & exceeded expectation. A coffee pot would be nice. The location is perfect for getting around the city on foot. Two parking spots on site are convenient (another owner did rudely block the driveway. The garage with two more spots is easily accessed & also only a skirt walk across Liberty. The rooftop, though wonderful, was not used due to cold & rainy weather. Infrared heaters would be a nice addition. Elevator is a nice feature, once trained! Ha! Communications were delayed, & on occasion unresponsive. Highly recommend & we will be back!

Our stay was absolutely wonderful. The location and the size of this home was perfect for our large family. The only complaint we had was that we had to go purchase a mattress topper because the bed was too hard. Overall, I would give the experience a 10.

This location is amazing for a large group. We walked all over beautiful Savannah and never needed an uber besides going to and from the airport. The large property is perfect for a big group because the main floor with kitchen has no bedrooms, so night owls and early risers never woke up anyone who was sleeping. Extremely clean and high quality beds and furniture. Absolutely loved, would recommend!!!

We were in town for my son’s wedding weekend and were looking for a place that could accommodate our family while providing privacy and separation for the people there. With bedrooms on multiple floors and 2 family rooms and kitchens, there was plenty of room to space out. The rooftop deck was another great space to relax and the elevator made bringing our luggage and supplies to the different floors easy, when we didn’t want to use the stairs. The location was central for all our activities making most things walkable. The check in process was easy and our communications with the property manager were very helpful. We would definitely stay here again.

This house was amazing! It was the perfect setup for a group of friends, and we loved the charm of it. The location was perfect for walking out the front door to explore Savannah. We will be coming back! Thanks for hosting us!

This house was amazing, enough rooms and beds for all of us and a great location in the Heart of Savannah. I would recommend anyone traveling with a big party to stay here. We loved the Irish pub located just outside the front door.
