Stayed Aug 20, 2025We enjoyed our stay at the Blue Heron. It was very clean and had some comfy recliners. The large deck with the rocking chairs was a nice place to drink our morning coffee while viewing the ducks on the river.

Stayed Aug 15, 2025The view won us over! Whether in the kitchen, living room or the loft bedroom! Fireworks were going off across the lake and it was fantastic to watch as well. Loved the deck in the morning for coffee with curtains to block the sun from encroaching. Went swimming and had just the best overall time!

Stayed Jul 7, 2025The Blue Heron is an excellent quiet property with a great ambiance to steal away to. The views are gorgeous. The property correlates with internet advertising. Very clean and we were returning guest. No problems, so we didn’t need to bother the host, who we are sure was staying at the ready to assist!

Stayed Apr 7, 2025Nice house, put together very nicely and very clean. We had a great time fishing, kayaking, and swimming! We caught a fresh drum, alligator gar, catfish, and bluegill. You have to really grind out the fishing, but if you stay committed youll kill it. We had a blast, and would recommend this to anyone!
