The Blake on Main St- NEW LUXURY RENTAL ON MAIN STREET BLOWING ROCK

House is perfectly located in Blowing Rock! We enjoyed exploring the town on foot, easy access to restaurants, and the house itself is charming and unique!

We had a great time! The location was perfect. The house had everything we needed. We'll be back!

Wonderful stay at The Blake on Main. Obviously perfect location, walk everywhere. The house was very comfortable with all the amenities you would want or need. Eric the host was very communicative and accommodating. Great fun little girls trip get away, I highly recommend!

The Blake was the perfect spot for our girls weekend. Steps from the best shops and restaurants, we never had to get in the car to drive anywhere. Our stay was during a particularly bad stretch of winter weather (1/29-2/1/26) and Eric was the most responsive and accommodating host I’ve ever worked with. He offered for us to check in up to 24 hours early and stay an extra day to make sure our travels were at the safest times - all at no extra cost. We only ended up staying an extra few hours on check out day, but knowing we had that flexibility made the situation stress free. Like most mountain properties, the driveway is steep and challenging in the winter. But Eric went above and beyond, working with Blowing Rock police and town officials to offer us alternative parking, which worked out just fine. The house itself was the perfect set up - well stocked with everything you could need. Comfy beds, basic toiletries, TP, paper towels, trash bags, hand soaps, dish/dishwasher soap/sponge, coffee pods, tea, laundry detergent/dryer sheets…I could go on. The fireplace was our favorite feature. We spent hours chatting in the cozy living room. The trip was the restorative retreat we hoped it would be. The house is a 10/10 but the host is a 20!!!

This house is smack dab in the middle of everything Blowing Rock. Very easy driving to all major ski areas, but multiple restaurants and coffee shops literally within 50 yards of the front door. Even though there is a lot of street traffic, the house is quiet inside. Very comfortable rooms, and a great upstairs for kids. The best part for the grandkids was that the Christmas tree and interior decorations were still up in February, giving our mountain trip a little more magic!

Our host Eric, had great communication throughout our stay. The house was clean, stocked, and decorated so pretty. The location was perfect!

We had a wonderful time. The home was spacious and so charming! The home is close to every thing we needed. Eric was a wonderful host who was easy to reach if we had questions about anything. We will definitely be staying at the Blake House again!

This is the best house in Blowing Rock! Beautiful home decorated for the season in the perfect location. The owner is always responsive and helpful. We’ve been to this house multiple times, and will continue to stay there! The kitchen is well equipped, the house is very clean and it is very secure. Can’t wait til our next stay!

This place is so special! The location is perfect and the amenities of the home are more than perfect! It was decorated for Christmas and was cozy and clean. Felt like a Hallmark movie in the making! Great times and memories. Eric was a gem to work with and was extremely responsive!

Amenities were great. Adorable house and love love the decor. Where did you get the armoire in the master bedroom, the floor mirror, headboard and side table near the floor mirror. Also, where did you get the cabinet hanging above the toilet.

Our family of 5 had a wonderful, relaxed week in The Blake-- you cant get any more centrally located for exploring the town of Blowing Rock. Easy to get to hiking and enjoy the gorgeous fall colors and temperatures. The house was probably the best stocked vacation rental I have stayed in--with both kitchen and bath items available. Eric was extremely responsive and helpful and we would love a return visit.

It’s true what they say - location, location, location - it’s unbeatable. There was no need for anything - the amenities provided were as if you were in your own home. The decor was so cute for fall. Close to shops, restaurants, parks, hiking, the blue ridge parkway. Five stars and would love to stay there again.

This is literally the perfect home base for a Blowing Rock adventure. The house was a great fit for our family of 4 and our dog but we could easily have had another family with kids join us. The upstairs loft is perfect for kids with beds and a hang out area with TV and table for games. The downstairs is cozy and welcoming. The house is perfectly equipped with all you would need for cooking and the bathroom toiletries are a great touch. Entry to the house was easy and all communications and expectations were super clear. We look forward to coming back again?

Excellent experience in Blowing Rock!

Charming house, amazing location, perfect getaway for our family! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at The Blake House. The location was so fun- being right on Main Street, we went in and out all day long getting coffee, browsing the shops, playing at the playground, getting ice cream… it was so convenient and fun to be right on Main Street and not have to worry about driving or parking. We enjoyed sitting on the front porch too. The house is so charming with wood floors and an old craftsman or farmhouse feel, but updated. Our teens/kids loved the loft space. The beds were comfy, and the house is stocked with anything you might need. Eric was available and ready if we had any questions about anything. We hope to return again soon! Thank you!!

The Blake on Main is awesome! We had 2 adult couple staying and it was perfect for us! The location is amazing.

We had the most wonderful experience staying at this beautiful home in Blowing Rock on Main Street. The location truly couldn’t be better — we were just steps away from everything we needed, yet still enjoyed a quiet and peaceful atmosphere.I brought my mom, dad, and my two youngest children, and it was perfect for all of us. The home was immaculately clean, beautifully decorated, and incredibly comfortable for our multi-generational group. Every detail was thoughtfully provided, and it truly felt like a home away from home.We all agreed this was one of the best vacations we've ever had. Between the unbeatable location, stunning design, and pristine condition of the home, it exceeded all our expectations. We will absolutely be coming back and recommending this place to our friends and family!

This property couldn't be more convenient to anything and everything in Blowing Rock's downtown. Walk next door for coffee & breakfast, Mellow Mushroom pizza across the Street, Ember's in the new hotel across the Street. All in a minute walk. House is a 100 year old charming Craftsman. You won't find another like it!

Property owners are great and responsive! Had an electrical and HVAC from last years hurricane and this years rain storms. Problems completely corrected ASAP. Great location on Main Street.

The Blake was also well stocked (much more-so than most places we’ve stayed). We truly appreciated the owner reaching out during our stay to ask if we needed anything. The Blake lives up to expectations re: amenities, location, lay-out. However, we would not stay here again because the main bathroom was not clean upon arrival and the host expressed questionable expectations re: guest responsibilities for cleaning (despite charging a considerable cleaning fee). Get another set of linens and a professional cleaner if you are going to expect tight turnover of the property and these issues will be fully resolved. Don't put it on guests to do your laundry.

Unique, cozy, comfortable & convenient. Well appointed & practically labeled. Filled w/ fun local decor, both whimsical spring/Easter & rustic rural antiques. Such a treat for our Blowing Rock native 91yo mother! Fabulous porch for soaking up glorious mountain breezes reminiscing about this quaint town she grew up in. Thanks for the memories, new and old.

Our second visit to the Blake. Can’t say enough about the charm of the home, the decor, and the location. We love all things Blowing Rock and our love now includes The Blake. It’s like walking into your own home it’s so cozy. Eric is always communicative and helpful. We’ll be back!

My family and I really enjoyed our stay at The Blake. The home is immaculate and beautifully decorated. The king and queen beds were super comfy with soft linens. And the house was stocked with everything we could need, including k-cups, laundry detergent, toothbrushes, toothpaste, soap and shampoos in both bathrooms and even treats and poop bags for our fur baby. It’s in a perfect location at the start of Main St in this beautiful little town. There’s a long driveway which made it so nice to be able to walk to the shops and dining and not have to worry about parking. We also did take-out and ate in which was really relaxing with our doggie. Eric, the host, was outstanding. Everytime I reached out with any questions, he responded immediately and went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed and were comfortable. Thank you so much Eric for an amazing weekend! You’re a gentleman. We’ll be back.

This property was perfect for our group of two small families. The kids loved their own space upstairs and the fire pit for s'more's was a huge hit! The back yard was the perfect space for them to to play. The host reached out multiple times to make sure we had everything we needed and were satisfied. Can not beat the location! We will be back!

Back for year 2 at The Blake and had another wonderful long weekend right in the heart of BR. Perfect location allows us to walk to shops, dinner, coffee, etc. - a complete necessity for teenagers needing to spread their wings while with mom and dad. Also made us the envy of everyone else jockeying for parking on a busy holiday weekend. The home is perfect for two families and always so thoughtfully decorated and stocked. Thanks for the toothbrushes, my husband forgot his! Left trying to figure out when we can return, love it so!

Great downtown Blowing Rock location! House has obviously been taken care of and well maintained. Even though the house is on the main street - there is no traffic noise - not sure what kind of windows it has but they block out all of the typical noise you would expect being downtown. We plan to visit again !!!!

The location and everyday charming appeal of this cottage would have been enough for us to adore but it was dialed up a notch being staged for the holidays. We counted 6 separate decorated Christmas trees on the property along with lots of other cozy cabin decor. The Dutch door was adorable and the roaring fireplace stayed on during the cold weather. We were in skipping distance of shops and restaurants on Main Street and so close to fabulous hiking locations. The hosts were friendly and hospitable too. We will return

This was our second stay at The Blake for Christmas. The house is beautifully decorated with Christmas trees and festive decorations in every room! The location is perfect for walking to all the shops. Everything you need is there for your stay. We will be back again!

House was centrally located, well appointed, and very comfortable.

The Blake was a beautiful cottage located in the center of town. We stay in and around Blowing Rock frequently, and this fast became one of our favorite spots to lay our heads. The decor inside is incredible, the home is cozy and the beds are so comfortable. The location in quite unique in that you walk out the door into all the bustle of the town. The private drive makes staying even more convenient. We can’t wait to come back.
