Welcome to Camelia 2 located in the Chetola Resort community of Blowing Rock!

Walking distance to Main Street Blowing Rock, Bass Lake, and Moses Cone hiking! No matter if it is a girls' weekend, a family vacation, a couple's escape, or a long term stay this is a perfect spot for your enjoyment of Blowing Rock and the surrounding areas. This condo offers tastefully designed decor and furnishings, stainless steel appliances, granite countertops in kitchen and baths, and hardwood floors throughout.

After descending one level from your designated parking, you will find a spacious two bedroom, two bath condo. The living room has ample seating with a queen sleeper sofa, a pair of cozy chairs, desk & chair, gas log fireplace, flat screen smart TV with streaming apps downloaded, and Wi-Fi throughout. The kitchen is fully equipped with all new stainless appliances, cabinets, counter tops, and fixtures, and the dining table easily seats 6 people. Through the sliding glass doors you will find a spacious, private patio and lush grounds and chairs for relaxing.

The primary bedroom has a king size bed, large walk-in closet, smart tv, and an attached bath with tiled walk-in shower and double granite vanities. The second bedroom also offers a king size bed, large closet and a separate bathroom down the hall with a shower/tub and a stacked washer/dryer.

Camelia 2 is located in the central heart of beautiful Chetola Resort. The Camelia building is located just up the hill behind the Resort's restaurant. Additionally, downtown Blowing Rock, the Moses Cone Carriage Trail walking/running path network, and the Shoppes on the Parkway are all very close to Chetola Resort.

Chetola Resort does not allow pets! This home is not pet friendly. Thank you for observing this rule.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION & RULES
- Please note, this home is on the bottom level and is accessed by a flight of stairs.
- Camelia 2 offers two designated parking spots in front of the unit.
- The distances shown on VRBO's map feature are measured in a straight line rather than actual road travel distances and times. We cannot change their setting for this, and encourage all guests to independently verify distances to desired destinations.
- All BRMR homes offer well stocked kitchens with all utensils needed to cook meals. There is also a starter set of paper products at the house: a roll of toilet paper per bath, several garbage bags, a small
vial of dishwashing liquid, a few tablets of dishwasher detergent, some laundry pods, a roll of paper towels, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and some makeup remover cloths. There are enough of these items for one night, or maybe two. Towels and linens will be provided.
- Check in is after 4pm, and check out is by 10am.
- Must electronically sign an additional Rental Agreement Terms & Conditions sent by Host (property manager) or entry information will not be sent.
- Must be at least 25 years old to reserve. This person is required to be the person signing the agreement and using their card to pay for it and must be one of the persons staying in the home for the
reserved dates.
- No smoking inside the home, and no trace of smoking left outside the home.
- Do not leave food or trash outside as it could attract animals. All trash must be bagged and placed in the trash receptacle indicated in the Welcome Book inside the house or your digital guidebook.
- No parties or gatherings above the posted occupancy allowed at any time. Keep outside noise respectable.
- 4WD/AWD and/or chains recommended during winter (Nov-March) for all homes. Travelers visiting during the winter months where inclement weather may be possible should come prepared with an AWD or 4WD vehicle, and chains may also be required if it snows. No refunds, allowances, or date changes will be given to travelers who are not prepared with the proper vehicle, as outlined in the Rental Agreement.
- Please note we have exterior security cameras to monitor the outside of the home to ensure it remains safe. One is on the back patio and looks out toward the area behind the condo building. The other is on the front facing toward the walkway approaching the door.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Bookings cancelled with a 30+ day notice will receive a refund of the deposit. Bookings cancelled between 15-29 days will receive half of their deposit back. Bookings cancelled with 14 days of arrival are not entitled to a refund unless your dates are rebooked to another guest. All bookings are subject to a $50 cancellation fee.

    Beautiful condo in a great location! We opted to make breakfasts and bring dinner back to the condo twice bc it was so lovely to just hang out with the views, fireplace, and kitchen table! Definitely recommend this location!

    Great location for hiking or relaxing. They have a beautiful pool and nice pickleball courts. The condo was well stocked with everything we needed. It was situated close to all the restaurants and shops in town. The beds were very comfortable.Our only negative would be that the living room furniture was uncomfortable.

    Great trip. Got snow. Chetola is just an awesome place for families. 2 bedrooms so room to spread out. We came up New Year’s Day so restaurants were closed and we cooked dinner at the condo, which has everything you need for basic cooking. Condo is close to pool and hot tub and sauna in Chetola and has an awesome view off the porch to the lake. Place was very clean, beds really comfortable and linens are nice. Hard to beat a stay at this place. We will be back.
