Stayed Dec 31, 1969We had a wonderful stay at the Big Barn. Everything in the barn is of a high standard and it feels very comfortable. The location is perfect with walks on the doorstep and the village in walking distance. There are two pubs, Co op, pharmacy on hand in the village. Could do with larger saucepans, they're not big enough for 10 and the large knives are useless but the property is beautiful. Would definitely go again.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969We had a lovely stay in The Big Barn - the house itself is lovely and spacious and the location is ideal as it is very peaceful and yet close enough to all of the main North Norfolk attractions so you get the best of both worlds. The kitchen was well equipped which is something that we have found not all rental properties are! There is plenty of parking but we learned our lesson on the first night - don't park under the large trees! The children loved exploring the local area and there are lots of places to walk including into Snettisham. The only negative I would say is the unfortunate side effect of staying next to a farm - the flies! They were a real nuisance in the kitchen but the rental company provided us with fly spray when requested. Perhaps a more permanent solution would help though...

Stayed Dec 31, 1969This was the first trip out of lock-down in 18 months and really needed! We lost our first booking due to the floods earlier in the year damaging another property in another part of Norfolk. The Big Barn was offered as the replacement and the initial disappointment felt when we lost our first choice was rapidly displaced in entering The Big Barn. It is a very high quality conversion and extremely well fitted out. Comfortable beds and great wooden floor throughout down stairs. The large lounge was ideal for our two/half year old to let of steam and play! Great location ideal for the coast and it's beaches - but our week was very mixed weather so we didn't get much beach time. Luckily plenty of places to visit - try Norfolk Lavender for a family outing as there is something there for all. Enjoyable trip.
