The Beach Peach - New Updates! Close to town! Walk to the beach!

EXCITING UPDATE! The Beach Peach got an upgrade! While the exterior of the building is now blue, it is still the same Beach Peach you know and love! We also updated a few pieces of furniture including a few bedframes and couches!

Located within a 5 minute walk to the beach and a 5 minute drive to Port Aransas restaurants, you can not beat this location!

This 4 bedroom townhome is perfect for friend groups or family vacations. The unit boasts 3 full bathrooms and 2 living spaces(one upstairs, one down) to give everyone enough room to enjoy the space and relax.

The peach themed master is downstairs with one queen bed. 2 additional queen beds can be found upstairs in the wave and costal cowgirl rooms. The final jellyfish bedroom has a bunk bed perfect for kids of all ages with a twin bed on top and full bed on bottom.

After a fun day at the beach or swimming in the heated community pool, you can go out on the town to some of the best restaurants Port A has to offer, or relax and grill back at the house.

We're pet friendly! We love dogs and welcome them to stay for an additional $150 cleaning fee. Sorry, no cats! We're allergic!

Other things to note:
Smoking of any kind within the house is strictly forbidden. A fee of $1000 will be aggressively pursued for us to fully clear the smell of smoke in addition to any damages caused. For the sake of the experience for our current and future guests, we can not stress this enough. Our cleaners take detailed notes upon checkout, we will start this process immediately should we find out smoking has occurred.

Someone over the age of 25 must be present at the home at all times. We have a strict HOA and parties will not be tolerated.

The beach is walkable! You can also take your car right on to the beach as well. Many people choose to rent golf carts while staying on the Island to bring you to many of the delicious, local restaurants. There's a golf cart rental right across the street from the towhnhouse as well.
