The Beach House - Southern Living Home 4 Br w Loft East Beach BHI and Shoals

Loved our stay at BHI. This house was great. Well stocked with amenities such as paper towels, dish washing soap, trash bags, toilet paper, cooking spices etc. Second time we’ve rented a property managed by Tyler. As always he was very helpful & accessible. Tori G.

Well designed home which was also lovely yet comfortable. It really suited me and my three grown children and their partners. Loved our time cooking in a well equiped kitchen and sitting all together at the big round dining table. And thanks for all the puzzles and games. Good golf carts and tons of beach chairs, etc. mad the visit so easy. Great location very close to our favorite East and South Beach entrances. The added bonus was being within walking distance of Mike's Bites for great hot dogs and Italian Ices! Tyler was a very helpful leasing agent. A great week!

The Beach House was everything and more for an unforgettable week in BHI. We needed a large kitchen, space for kids to play, lots of beds, great outside space, convenient location, etc…and it delivered.

Great property in great location. Had a minor issue at the beginning of our stay but the responsiveness of the host and attention to our needs was impressive. Would definitely rent here again!

Most of the houses in this area are new and architectural quite attractive. Close distance to the Shoals Club (we highly recommend the temporary membership offered during your stay) and public beach access. The grocery, restaurants and shopping are all within close proximity vis golf cart. We most especially enjoyed our meals at the Jailhouse restaurant and Mikes Bites (within walking distance) for fantastic hot dogs and Italian ice for mid-day snack. Tyler & Barb were extremely accommodating , genuine, and responsive to a few of our requests. Some suggestions: additional towels, 6 person golf cart to replace one of the wonky 4 person carts, bicycles are in need of repair (seats will not tighten). Upon on arrival, the cleanliness of the house was subpar. All in all it is a lovely home what we consider to be the very best location o BHI. If you're in search of a family vacation spot with all the amenities then BHI/Southern Living is your choice.

Overall nice house and great location. Nice to have 3 bikes available as well as beach equipment. There were some maintenance issues with light fixtures, bedding, and golf carts that would have been nicer not to deal with. Manager was quickly responsive.

The Beach House is well appointed with everything you need to make your time away from home easy and relaxing! Our family loved the location as well as your beautiful home. Thank you for taking time to think of everything, including all of the pet goodies! The property manager, Tyler, was super quick and receptive to a couple of issues during the week with the appliances. It is also an easy 2-3 minute walk to East Beach. The house was beautiful, super comfortable, organized, and stocked with everything we needed. Tyler - was a terrific property manager and quickly responded with any answers or minor help that we needed to get settled. We were there for two weeks and it was one of the best experiences we have had in the island (been coming since 2009). I highly recommend using this rental company!
