The Beach Buoy | Private Pool, Pet Friendly!

Beautiful house with tons of room and bathrooms. More than enough privacy. It was fun watching the planes coming and going on the landing strip.

Property was great. Only complaint was the trash can was not put out and was already almost full upon arrival.

House was perfect for our family vacation. Kitchen wasn’t as stocked as we would have liked but we had enough to make do. Would have appreciated a welcome binder for instructions about the house and check out process. But owners were great with responding when we reached out through the portal.

Great property! Location it’s a must. The process to check in and out was easy.

The house was lovely! Everything was clean and fresh and we had enough supplies for our short day. Upon arrival. I did notice that the pool needed vacuuming. We arrived the Monday of Memorial Day. It only took a quick call to the rental company and they had someone out the next day to clean the pool! We had a great stay!

Great location close to the beach and restaurants. House was very nice and clean just as pictures. Everyone really liked that they had their own restrooms in their room even the bunk room had their own restroom. Kids enjoyed the pool. Only problem we had was just a little leak, called the office and they had someone come real quick to check it out didn’t take long. Overall great experience we will definitely be staying when we visit Port A.

The stay was OK when we arrived at the property we realized that there was not enough towels for the 12 people that it states it can accommodate there was no washrags. There was only two trash bags for the trashcan in the kitchen and both dumpsters outside were full had to go look for an empty dumpster to make it through the weekend. The house was clean. The property was what I was expecting. Just those few items needed to be addressed.

Photos online must be dated. Property is in rougher shape than expected, broken towel rods in bathrooms. No bath mats for any of bathrooms, barely enough towels but we managed. There is no sun shade outside or corn hole boards like shown in photos. Couch’s and living room furniture don’t look like they’ve ever been cleaned kinda gross honestly. Floors turn your feet black they’re so dirty. No cleaning supplies in the house to wipe counters. No extra trash bags, dumpsters were full from previous guests. All in all it was fine we enjoyed our stay just wish it would have been cleaner and more kept up. Seems like the place is heavily used. It’s a great location would stay again.

We had a wonderful stay at the Beach Buoy. We loved that the house is within walking distance from the beach. It was clean and had plenty of room for everyone with its 4 bedrooms, 3.5 baths, two living areas, and good size kitchen. I was pleasantly surprised to see hotel like amenities such as travel sized shampoo, conditioner, body soap, and bar soap included in each bathroom as well as hair dryers and plenty of towels. The under counter ice maker was a bonus for filling our cooler for a day at the beach. The staff was responsive and friendly even when called after hours. I was glad I brought an extra set of sheets as someone else had mentioned because the top sheet was a little rough and uncomfortable. Other than that, it was a wonderful stay and we would definitely come back!

Upstairs mattress dips in center. Downstairs chair filthy sofa is dirty Drawer in kitchen wint stay closed. Broken microwave...or why 2 of them Missing clothes rods so no hang space Towel rack downstairs wont stay on wall Great floor space. Great location. If above items corrected would sure stay again
