The property was beautiful, clean, comfortable, quiet and the perfect location for our conference we were attending. I would stay here again 100%.

Jennifer, the home host, is outstanding in her communication! The home was well stocked, clean, and close to all things Franklin! They are attentive in every detail. The fenced in backyard was perfect as well! Loved that the property was pet friendly – we were traveling with our 12 year-old lab!

We had a great stay at the BarHouse of Franklin. The backyard was so nice for our pup and the house was well stocked with supplies and very clean. The host was very responsive to any questions, which is always nice. I’d recommend staying here if you are looking for a VRBO in Franklin.

Jennifer and Jeremiah were excellent hosts. Communication was great, the house was clean and decorated nicely with seasonal accents. There was a welcome note with flowers and treats upon arrival. The house was comfortable and roomy enough for our needs (girls tripa baby). Jennifer responded graciously via email after a county wide power outage. Despite the house feeling comfortable and clean, we did not love the neighborhood, traveling as a group of just women. However, it was walking distance and a short driving distance to the Factory and downtown Franklin, respectively.

I booked the property on the wrong weekend and was not able to stay at what looked to be a beautiful home. The owner was very kind and understanding. We will definitely be back and I’ll check and double check my dates the next time!

Check-in was seamless as the host started communicating the week prior to our arrival and was quick to answer questions throughout our stay. The BarHouse has everything you would possibly need while staying there. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and I highly recommend booking this lovely home.

The property was very nice. We had a lovely stay. The house was very clean, and the hosts were very helpful. The drive to downtown is approximately 5 minutes, so very close to everything!

It was a super cute space and very clean. We loved all the personal touches as well as being fully stocked for all the necessities, including what we needed for our infant. The beds were very comfortable and the backyard space was perfect for our doggies. Thank you.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Barhouse! The location is very close to the Factory and a very nice park that our dogs loved. The house was clean and perfect for our needs.

We loved this cute home with a fantastic backyard for our fur baby. It’s perfectly located and easy to get anywhere you want to go. They made us feel so welcomed and at home with their special touches! We will definitely book again!

Perfect spot for our family with two teens to stay for a weekend near Nashville and Franklin. The house was well stocked with coffee, toiletries and dish/laundry detergent to make our travel simpler. Quiet neighborhood

I was visiting with friends to attend a concert at the amphitheater. The house was perfect for our small group. Clean, nice neighborhood, comfortable beds, and beautiful outdoor space! Thanks to the hosts for communicating promptly and going out of their way to make us comfortable
