With 3 large bedrooms, two of which have direct access to the rear entertaining deck, a sparkling kitchen with gas hotplates, microwave, wall oven and dishwasher and timber polished floors throughout. Sit back,relax and enjoy the summer sunsets on the veranda or cosy up in winter with the wood heater.

Facilities: 2 living areas, kitchen with microwave and dishwasher, laundry (no access to the garage)

Heating/cooling: r/c split system air conditioner and wood heater in the living area (must supply own wood), ceiling fans in all bedrooms and living area
