Stayed Mar 18, 2026Everything about the Balboa was fantastic! The property was clean, spacious and well stocked. Appliances were modern and stylich. Close to shopping and about 25 minutes from Venice Beach. Kyle was very responsive when we had questions. Even Cheyenne the housekeeper was friendly and accomodating. We plan on staying here again next time we are in the area.

Stayed Sep 7, 2025We needed a rental property that would accommodate us for family in north port and for visiting a hospital in sarasota. This was the perfect fit. Great central location. Close to everything we needed. The house is so cozy and beautifully decorated with very comfortable beds and all the amenities you need to make you feel like home. Kyle is wonderful with keeping in touch and assisting with anything that you need. We would love to stay here again on our next trip to Florida. You cannot go wrong with renting this beautiful property.

Stayed Apr 13, 2025When Ilooking for a vacation rental in Florida, I had a few places to pick, glad I chose this house! It exceeded our expectations and was even better than pictures. The house was clean, modern interior, comfortable beds! My family stayed in his home for eight days, we enjoyed each day in this house. Safe and spacious backyard. Would highly recommend this home!
