Welcome to The Ainslie House in Charlevoix! Originally built between 1916 and 1917 this house has been completely renovated. Beach access to Lake Michigan only a few blocks away. Just minutes away from the boutique shops, amazing restaurants and some fudge in downtown Charlevoix. An oversized back deck for relaxing/dining and even a large one out front as well. Plenty of parking available in the driveway or out front in the city parking spaces. All of downtown is within walking distance.

Stayed Aug 4, 2025***** Five stars! The Ainslie House is one of the top rentals we've experienced. Beautifully renovated, super clean, nice big kitchen (with the sink of my dreams), in a lovely residential neighborhood, and a very short walk to town or beaches. We loved it.

Stayed Jul 6, 2025Our family of 10 had a wonderful time enjoying Beautiful Charlevoix in The Ainslie House while celebrating or 50th anniversary with our kids and grandkids. Location is perfect for us to access area attractions, including the downtown marina areas, and local beaches. The house is beautifully updated with modern kitchen, bathrooms and amenities. It is a very comfortable air conditioned home with room for everyone. You can’t go wrong with this rental if you’re looking for accommodations for ten.
