Whether you’re planning a rehearsal dinner, wedding party, corporate retreat, or family reunion, The 200 South Street offers a one-of-a-kind private retreat in the heart of Charlottesville. When hosting an event onsite, our trusted vendor partners and onsite team are here to help ensure your event runs smoothly, so you can focus on making memories. Please note, if not hosting an event, no staff is required to be onsite.



Reservations for the exclusive use of the entire Estate may be made up to 340 days in advance with a 2 night minimum. We open reservations for individual rooms 60 days in advance. Individual rooms will have a 2 night minimum until 14 days out, within 14 days they may be booked for single nights.

Accessibility: The property has multiple stairs. Please note this if you have mobility concerns.

Noise: The historic C&O Railroad passes just behind the pool and parking areas.

Cleaning: The property is professionally cleaned with enhanced cleaning protocols between each guest stay. Entire Estate reservations have an $850 cleaning fee included in the rate. This amount is spread out between the number of nights booked
