Great And Safe Location. Pool was nice.

The house was great, good location, very quiet neighborhood. Had a small issue with the severe rain but they were quick to come fix and offered us an alternative place. I know if we come back with this size group we definitely will choose here again

No hot water Washer and dryer broke No maid service but was charged Tv doesn't work Ac broke 1st day Signs everywhere says you can not leave ac on if your not in the room. Or they will charge your card Tells you how to flush #1 Pool was dirty pool man walked in on someone changing. Only came on last day Asked for tips for services that we did not get

Despite asking several times how to check in - no answer. We reached the place and stood outside for some time trying to figure out what to do. The manager then showed up. The house is well appointed and has good maid and pool staff. The pool is small but great for relaxing and exercising and playing around. Might keep in mind when two people are sharing a bedroom they need more than one washcloth. Never could get the tv to work. Nice quiet neighborhood. Good location unless you want waterfront access. Very secure.

Great House, Great Loaction, Great Host. I had a great time in Cozumel mainly because I was a in a fantastic environment at CASA SORA. The house Manager, Victor was excellent. Maria who made sure the house was cleaned was very helpful beyond her job. I want to book this place every year.

Perfect set up for group. Within walking distance for diving and restaurants. Victor was a good host and responsive. Maid service every day. Internet was great.

Nice and modern home great for our large group of 8 (4 couples). Equipped w/4 bedrooms all having their own bathrooms giving everyone their own privacy. Air conditioning worked great and the pool was awesome.

Nestled close to the center of town to be close to the action but far enough out it was quiet and calm. With lots of open spaces - roof top patio, back yard and large living/ dining room - this place is perfect for large groups. Really enjoyed our stay

Nice property. Good location. Housekeeper is wonderful and the people who manage property are very responsive. The patio on 3rd floor needs some work and the pool needs a good cleaning. We had 7 people and had plenty of room. We would rent again.
