Beautiful Beach House in Cozumel, Secure, Close but not too close to Everything

Everything about the experience was fantastic

This house fit our families needs perfectly. It was calm and quiet. The Sandy Beach was perfect. It was close enough to town to allow for great diving and dining.

Excellent communication from owner and property manager. Very quiet and safe neighborhood. The support and maintenance staff really outdid themselves with cleanup of post hurricane debris.

Our hosts could not have been more helpful. The house is well situated, very well equipped, comfortable, and with a beautiful view.

We had an amazing experience in Cozumel staying at this home. It is a home. Wonderful, personalized, comfortable, well maintained, well supported. Half way through our stay, we were already trying to figure out when we would stay here again!

Bill and Jane's home is just as described and pictured. Our family of 7 found it to be clean, comfortable, and equipped with everything we needed and more. The pool and yard are absolutely beautiful, with comfortable seating and enough shade for those who like to get out of the sun. The foliage provides privacy, but you are nonetheless right on the beach. The water at this end of Cozumel is shallow, which was nice for kayaking and for our 10 year old to get used to ocean swimming, and when we wanted deeper water for snorkeling, we simply walked down the beach. It's a short, easy drive to town for dining or other activities. Prior to our arrival it was such a nice touch for Bill and Jane to be in touch with us, making sure all our questions were answered and that the house would be perfectly ready for us. We recommend this property without reservation.

If you have the opportunity to stay at this amazing house, I urge you to take it. We came here with friends and family in January for vacation. Everything is just as perfect as it looks on the VRBO site. We came with 7 people and the house was more than large enough for us all. On days when the wind kicked up and the waves were strong on the beach, having the pool available was so, so nice. The house is the perfect distance from town; close enough for a very quick cab ride and far enough to keep away the hoards that come on the cruise ships. We were only a short walk from Playa Azul, so day trips to some of the best snorkeling in the world were frequent and easy. The security, gated perimeter, and secluded location made us very comfortable from that aspect. There are hotels with great restaurants close enough to walk, or the full kitchen allows you to chef up your own meal. Filtered water is available for drinking, ice and coffee, never had any trouble in that area in our 12 days on the island. Go to the Lobster House across from Playa Azul for some of the best lobster tail you have ever had, only $28. I could go on for days about how much we enjoyed our stay at Villa Blanca. Tropical paradise, for sure. Thank you for that experience, we are grateful beyond words.

We are so happy to have found this property and that it was available! The property is absolutely beautiful. Loved how homey the house felt and the pool, palapa bar, and beach were such nice amenities to have. Everything for our stay was perfect and Bill and Jane and truly thought of everything! No surprises.....at least no bad surprises! You can read what the owners have to say about their property and rest assured it reflects what you will find. We were a family of 5 adults and 2 children (7 & 5) having our first Cozumel Christmas. Could not have choose a better location. It is truly close but not too close to the happenings downtown. The owners have put together a very detailed and informative booklet that is available to you......use it. We ate at a number of the recommended restaurants and were never disappointed. If I could change something about the home, it would be for the pool to have a wade-in area for the children but a mere 20 steps from their secured backyard and you are on the beach. Felix, their gardener, was there most days, was very helpful and his presence was never a hinderance. When not in Cozumel we spent most of our time on the beach, lounging around the pool or enjoying drinks/games and conversation under the shade of the Palapa Bar. I would have no hesitation recommending this property to family and friends.
