Swim w/ a View! Scenic Desert Retreat in Glendale

The house was very clean. I was super impressed with the little things. The house was stocked with the little things you generally have to buy like Kleenex, hand soap, creamer, coffee, tea and basic spices and ziplocks. There was even a supply of body wash, bandaids etc. I loved that there were plenty of towels and washcloths.after our arrival we got a text asking if there was anything we needed.

THE only problem we had at check in was that we weren't sent the lockbox code. I WAS sent the door code, just not the lockbox code to get into the lockbox. We called the telephone number and this wonderful lady helped us, and I am so sorry we did not get her name! She was wonderfully helpful! The only other issue we had was that the master bedroom shower had hardly any water pressure. Our stay was wonderful otherwise! Really appreciated the coffee makers that were in the kitchen, and the kitchen, other than the sink which is chipped, was good! We will use your company again.

The property was AMAZING!! everything you needed in a home was available at your fingertips. The view outside was beautiful especially when seeing it from inside the heated pool? will book there every time we come to AZ.

Location is good about 3 blocks off 101 access. Nice sized bedrooms and lots of living space. Good beds and bathrooms. Laundry machines were great. Pool is very nice but was not clean and ready for our use until third day. Ice maker does not work, so two ice cube trays are the alternative. Kitchen is not as updated as the rest it seemed but usable. Online help is a chatbot that allegedly contacts local team. Calls get a person but not a local person.

The only complaint I really had was that the pool skimmer was broken and we had to go out and clean the pool for a 1/2 an hour before we could swim EVERY TIME. There were storms and there was lots of debris in the pool.

We loved how quiet the neighborhood was as well as how clean the space was. Nie hiking along a dry riverbed behind the house and close to major roads

I simply cannot say enough good about this property. We stayed for 6 nights and it was like having a Phoenix home. Convenient to the major arteries on the north side of town, this gem met our every need and then some. Immaculately cleaned, stocked with everything we could possibly want, and furnished for comfort and relaxation, Though the weather was a bit cold for the pool, I got in anyway and was refreshed. The pool room has all kinds of floats and toys and BIG pool towels! The wifi is extremely fast, every bedroom has cable TV (as well as the living room and den) with streaming services available, and there is plenty of room to spread out in this spacious house. The manager has provided lots of towels, extra blankets, utensils, and over-the-counter items you might have in your medicine cabinet. The washer, dryer, and dishwasher all work well and were very helpful. Necessary detergents were helpfully provided. The ice maker in the refrigerator is not operational, but a fresh bag of ice was waiting for us in the freezer to make up for it. The keyless entry pad was programmed for us with a number that was already familiar to us, showing the level of thoughtful care that went into making our stay wrinkle free and easy. This was one of the best experiences we have ever had renting a home. I cannot imagine that we would stay anywhere else in the Phoenix area when we return.
