Sweet one level house in the Heart of Alberta Arts

Very clean, excellent location

This home was very clean, spacious, and super comfortable for two people and a small dog. It had everything we needed in terms of kitchen items (we did not cook, but there were plenty of dishes/utensils for takeout). The fenced backyard was perfect for our pup, plenty of sniff spots and clean and safe for him to roam around. The on site parking stall was appreciated! The host is responsive and provided simple, clear check-in and check-out instructions too. Would definitely stay here again!

These were the most comfortable beds I've ever experienced in a rental.Also, I appreciated that there was a bathroom with a long bowl toilet.

The host (Amy) was excellent and prepared us for our stay. Loved the location (and parking), spacious rooms, kitchen well stocked, could walk to restaurants and neat bars, very quiet - really had everything we needed. Would highly recommend!

One of the best stays I've had. All of the furniture and utilities are high quality. The beds are clean, comfy, and well-stocked with pillows and blankets. The neighborhood is clean and safe, and very close to a plethora of shops/restaurants down town. Communication with the hostess was top notch. I have nothing but good things to say about this stay, I highly recommend booking here.

We casually referred to this property as The Sweet One because of how the listing is named, but the property might as well have been called that. It was PERFECT. Clean, quiet, spacious, with comfortable beds and interesting and classy decor. The host, Amy, was just tremendous, providing very clear instructions and excellent responsiveness when we needed a little help. Plus, the location - steps away from Alberta - can't be beat. We'll be back for sure!

This place has it all. Location, size, amenities, LOCATION! Absolutely zero complaints for staying here for 4 nights with my family.

Home itself is older. Some of the furniture could be updated and more lighting added in the living room. Definitely has a “college-kid” vibe. The outdoor space is great! Would be lovely in the summer. It’s a great space if you have dogs as the backyard is all fenced. The location makes this place really good!! Very walkable to eateries, coffee, and boutiques. Overall, don’t expect luxury, but perfect if you need a space to house a lot of people and want something that is walkable, dog friendly, and in a quiet neighborhood. I’d definitely stay here again.

Great place, wonderful location & worked perfectly for our situation

The house was wonderful!! The backyard was beautiful. It was safe, it was clean, the bedrooms were a nice size and had comfortable beds.The shower was honestly my favorite part, I didn't run out of hot water and I got to take a nice steaming shower!! The kitchen being nice and like stocked with plates and utensils also made it easier on us.So we could actually have dinners while we were in town and not have to go to a restaurant. Although the nearby restaurants we did check out were wonderful, this place is in a GREAT neighborhood.

This house was perfect for our family to stay in. Easy access to lots of food and shops. Extremely clean and the host went out of her way to leave some snacks and wine. We would definitely stay here again

We were very familiar with the neighborhood and knew we’d find great food and shops. It was a central location for our family that lives in Portland to connect with all of us who came from Colorado. House was clean and comfortable with large living and dining areas for the family meal gatherings.

It was just seven of us sibs having a 2-3 day vacation together and the house was just perfect, clean, enough bedrooms, nice little gazebo in the back yard, and an absolutely super host. We definitely want to rent it again.

This house is the perfect location. It is walkable to places to eat and shop and has the best ice cream at Salt & Straw. Our stay was comfortable and homey. My grandkids loved the backyard and just hanging around the house! We had an emergency situation upon arrival and Amy dealt with it immediately!! She was so helpful and understanding...We thank you, Amy!! We were in Portland for the wedding of my daughter and this area and house were perfect.

We were in town for a family reunion. The activities were at a nearby home of a relative. That relatives home was all filled up with their immediate family. This home was ideal because of the 4 bedrooms which accommodated 4 couples. Some member of those couples had never been to Portland and really enjoyed the Alberta Arts district's coffee shops and bars.

Check-in was as easy as it gets. The kitchen was very tight. The bedrooms were very comfortable. The location & surrounding amenities were perfect, as was the walk ability.

Wonderful place for my extended family to stay. Great to have everything on one floor. Great outdoor space and clean indoor space. Clean and renovated bathrooms. Easy walk to restaurants and shops on Alberta Street. Fun to pick blueberries in backyard. Would definitely stay again.

Plenty of space for my friends and I to stay within walking distance to delicious food and drink options. The kitchen had all we needed, the house was clean, and although it was close to the action, the house was tucked away and quiet.

The house was exactly as pictured and absolutely fabulous! Amy was quick to respond and helped us make the very best of our short stay in the beautiful City of Roses. 10/10 - would recommend.

Very comfortable and inviting home in a nice neighborhood. Communication with the host was excellent. Kitchen and bathrooms were well-equipped, beds were comfortable, yard was lovely, and driveway parking was so helpful! The proximity to Alberta Street was great!

Excellent location just a half block from the bustling Alberta Arts neighborhood. Steps to many excellent independently owned restaurants, coffee shops and small businesses. Having a driveway to park in is a major benefit if you have vehicles, as street parking is almost nonexistent. Bus line is 1/2 block away if you don’t have a car. Four bedrooms and 2 full baths was plenty for our group of 6.

Clean, plenty of room and great location! The host was very accommodating when we needed to stay a little longer. Much appreciated!

Great location! Just a block or two from many small shops and places to eat! The back yard was perfect for fur babies… they could run freely and just sit. The tv and stations were easy to access for the teens. The area was quiet and one just felt safe! Enjoyed our stay there!!

Comfortable place within easy walking distance to the Alberta Arts District, which is a fun place to hang out. The kitchen is well stocked for cooking. The bedrooms are basic but comfy. Amy was quick to respond and easy to work with.

Everything was great! Will book this place again if we are ever in the area!

In town for a wedding. Close to everyplace we needed to be. Thank goodness for driveway, parking on the street would have been nearly impossible at times. As it was, tight to get into and out of driveway. House as described in listing.

Apartment was clean and nice, but this is the ground floor apartment of a duplex, not a “house” as we were expecting. It definitely felt like an apartment rather than a house - not tiny, but not spacious and bright either. The furnishings were nice and the beds comfy, but the noise insulation inside the unit was thin so once the kids went to bed we couldn’t make any noise at all. Location was nice, neighborhood felt safe and walkable to lots of restaurants. Definitely worked great for a short stay, host was extremely nice and responsive.

This was the perfect location and gave us plenty of room. It was stocked with everything we needed and more. Not super fancy - which was perfect - but was super comfortable. We will definitely stay there again!

We loved the restaurants and shopping on Alberta St - ecologically responsible and food for all kinds of eaters. The neighborhood is caring and beautiful. The house was clean with all the amenities that we needed. The host was friendly and quickly responded. We loved this place!
