Superb 4-bedroom townhome in Provo with AC, WiFi

This was a convenient location for a home base to make appointments all over the valley area. Very clean with comfortable beds. Just be prepared to climb stairs as I missed that part when booking and being older it was more than anticipated. Other than that personal note it was a great place to stay.

This was a great rental for upwards of five adults. Everything needed to make the stay comfortable was available in the common area. Great open space for gathering and socializing.Only thing to make it better was tvs in the bedrooms for those that like to relax at night before going to sleep.Other than that, this place is a great value for the space.

This place was amazing. Perfect location. Clean. Kitchen had EVERYTHING we needed, as we cooked every meal here for almost a week. Grocery store directly across the street. The only thing to note is that the 4th bedroom is on the ground level, and you have to climb two flights of stairs to get to a full bathroom. So just be aware of that. We would definitely rent this place again for future stays.

The stay was amazing. This host communicated and answered questions in a timely manner. It was great for the 5 of us that stayed there. Convenient location to the grocery store and convention center. I would definitely stay there again. Almost wished I was there on vacation and not a work trip!

Great place with a lot of space. The kitchen is large & has everything you need and great for family dinners. We had a fantastic stay and really appreciated the decorated Christmas tree that was provided upon arrival. Would definitely recommend and would stay there again. Mahalo

Clean house, easy check in. I loved that all the sleeping areas were on a different floor from the main floor. Across the street from a grocery store and only a couple blocks from all the great shops and restaurants. Plenty of cookware and seasonings which is amazing! Games and ping pong were a hit and parking in the garage was so nice and convenient.

This was the second time we’ve stayed here and we love it! It’s the perfect place for our family and it has everything we need. We are very comfortable here and love having a nice kitchen where we can prepare and eat our meals.

Beautiful home. We wanted to be close to the MTC as we were dropping our son off there to start his mission. The host is amazing any questions we had she responded fast and was a pleasure to work with. If I am in this area again and needing a place to stay this is where we would stay. Thank you.

Clean, well stocked, modern, and quiet place to stay. It's a 3 story townhome across the street from Smith, and a great gelato shop. Close to BYU and Provo City Center temple. We loved our stay!

We celebrated Independence Day with family! The accommodations were perfect, comfortable beds enough space, working kitchen, comfortable sofa. Would definitely stay again.

This is the nicest VRBO property we have ever stayed in. The kitchen was well stocked with the essentials as well as the bathrooms with shampoo, soap and body lotion. Everything was clean and the property was nicely appointed.The property was centrally located to the Provo Rec Center as well as BYU. There was a Smith's grocery right across the street.

We stayed here for a family wedding and it was wonderful! Clean, comfortable and conveniently located. Would highly recommend.

We were 2 families attending a dance competition at the Utah Valley Convention Center. The house was within walking distance. There were 8 of us (4 adults and 4 children). It was the perfect size for everyone to have their own space and room for all the dance stuff. The kitchen was fully stocked with all the things you need to make a meal. During the little bit of down time we had, we enjoyed playing the arcade games and board games. The house was very clean and welcoming.

We were so pleased with this property. All cupboards well marked for contents. Well thought out to provide for guests. Location great across from a grocery store and convenient to the convention we attended.

We were formate to find this real gem in downtown Provo. It was right next to a grocery store, and some food restaraunt. We struggled with the lock but our hosts were quick to help in the late evening. I would highly recommend this place!

Family stayed while attending and preparing for daughters wedding, kitchen was well stocked and bedding was perfect.

Owners have thought about everything which might be needed! House was super clean and even had some arcade style games ! Location is super convenient to downtown Provo and close to BYU ! Loved the open concept ! I would absolutely recommend this property especially for a family gathering !

The townhouse is located right across the street from the grocery store and within walking distance of several good restaurants and the Provo temple. It is very clean, well stocked and comfortable. The only negative was the $1500 damage deposit that was required was not returned to our bank account until 16 days after our last day of our stay. That should have been returned a few days after we left.

What a perfect stay for our family. Enough space for everyone and you can tell there was a lot of attention to detail that was put into this place. Communication and cleanliness was outstanding. Enjoyed playing board games, ping pong and the arcade games. Would definitely stay again!
