We had everything we needed to be very comfortable and relaxed as we would be at home. The kitchen we well stocked with all we needed to have 75% of our meals at the rental rather than in restaurants.Would stay again. The hosts were very available and accommodating.

Host was super helpful snd accommodating. I especially liked the personalized guide book with our name on it and the welcome sign outside! Had everything we needed. Would stay again. Thanks!

Super clean. They left lots of extra supplies and things that were very thoughtful and useful. Very convenient location. Comfy beds with extra blankets around to make it cozy. Highly recommend… and will be returning!

My sisters and I stayed here while attending BYU Women’s Conference. Excellent place to stay! We enjoyed our stay very much!It was a little far to walk to the conference, but we loved that it was quiet and in great neighborhood.

Our family really enjoyed this location. My wife wanted to visit our son and so she took our two youngest for a short Spring Break trip. The home is comfortable and had all the necessary furnishings but the location was great. Our kids loved going to Rock Canyon and sledding. Some of the kindest hosts who have shared their home with us. Gary was excellent. Would definitely stay here again.

Gary and Cami have set up a wonderful place. Their kitchen is fully stocked, which allowed me to make my BYU kid's favorite meals while we visited! There were 3 rooms so our kids were even able to stay with us. Amazing! We will be back.

I came from Idaho to help my son, who is a college freshman, with wisdom teeth removal and did not want to be in a hotel. Gary and Cami were wonderful hosts. Their rental was clean, beautiful and well stocked with everything you would need. We had our own private entrance through the back that was well lit. Such a beautiful area so close to everything. We really enjoyed our stay - I actually ended up extending three more nights.

Well maintained & tastefully decorated basement accommodations. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay & had ample room for four adults. Would stay again!

We spent almost a week here, and loved every minute of it. The hosts were so welcoming and really went above and beyond expectations. They even gave us some hand warmers when we headed down to the football game. We received communications well in advance and the hosts even worked with us seamlessly to modify our reservation when we had a (somewhat) last minute change of plans. Entry was a breeze and there is plenty of room for four people. The rental is a basement with very nice finishes, a cozy feel, and three great bedrooms. There's a full-size refrigerator, all the kitchen appliances, and a very useful Keurig with complimentary pods (perfect for cold November mornings!). My only warning would be for anyone tall (over 6 feet), watch your head because the ceiling is low in the hallway and primary bedroom (I think to accommodate the HVAC ducts). We highly recommend this location and would absolutely return here the next time we're in Provo.

This place is awesome for a family of five or six. Beautifully updated, Comfy beds, full washer and dryer and a well stocked kitchen.

This place worked out great for our family! The location was perfect for our needs. It was cute, clean and well stocked with everything we needed. Communication was quick and helpful! We would definitely recommend staying here!
