Stayed Aug 15, 2025We really enjoyed our stay. Very charming little pioneer house and clean. We would definitely stay again when back in Provo, if available. Recommend to anyone looking for a pet friendly house ( our dogs loved the fenced in yard ). The only complaint I can say, is the shared laundry room and finished laundry not being removed when finished and having to wait for open washer and dryer. All in all, very enjoyable trip.

Stayed Aug 5, 2025The house lives up to its reviews, and more. Our dog Brody absolutely loved running around the fenced in yard. The house is well decorated and landscaped. We had access to every amenity we needed. The house was walking distance to downtown Provo and vibrant shops and nightlife (the kolache shop was my favorite). House is on a quiet street with ample street parking and a great view of the mountains. Recommend 100%!

Stayed Jun 29, 2025We loved this beautiful old home and what a beautiful view! It was very comfortable and the water, chocolates and free Netflix were a pleasant surprise. Loved the different coffee pods too.The dogs had a great time exploring the yard. The only minor negative was some road noise and the neighbor doing some yard construction next door. But the location is nice for dog walking to the park and quick drives to the store and food. Would definitely stay again.

Stayed Oct 25, 2024We enjoyed our stay very much. The home was clean and well appointed. The host reached out and was accessible. The neighborhood was pleasant and close to shopping and points of interest. Although it was quite close to the commuter train track, the host did conveniently supply earplugs.

Stayed Aug 22, 2024We had a wonderful stay. We enjoyed taking in the old-fashioned details of the house - the exposed brick walls, the amazing wood trim and mouldings, and the beautiful flooring. The home is comfortable and cozy. It has historical details alongside modern conveniences. Instant hot water! Great A/C! The monitor above the desk with the provided HDMI cable is a fantastic idea and one I think we will use in the VRBO that we host! It worked great with my laptop. The view from the front door is amazing - beautiful landscaping with the mountains as a backdrop! If we ever have occasion to stay in Provo again, I will be looking for this place!

Stayed May 30, 2024Charming place to stay close to BYU campus and downtown Provo. We will stay there again next time we are back in town!
