Sunset Vista in Happy Valley

Easy access to interstate for traveling. Was concerned about highway noise but it wasn’t an issue. Nice neighborhood and went walking almost every night. Nice large house and yard to enjoy. Host were very nice and accommodating.

Great place to stay. Quiet neighborhood. Hosts were very friendly and easy to get a hold of. We would try and stay there again on are next trip to Portland.

Dianne and Lawrence are the best hosts I’ve stayed with. Very responsive and quick to get back on any concerns, requests, or questions. Sunsets are lovely and the view from the backyard is very peaceful. The property description is extremely accurate. I found no discrepancies. The location is VERY convenient to I-205.

We ended up staying at Larry & Dianne's place for four months while house hunting. We were very happy to find their place and that they accommodated our pets! The space is comfortable and had enough room that my partner and I could work from home during Covid. We loved sitting in the living room and watching the sunsets and the clouds roll over Portland. The slight elevation provides a great view and also blocks the view of the freeway nearby. Our hosts were attentive and fast to respond if we needed something but also were respectful of our privacy (they live downstairs but this was not an issue). In general just really great people, even letting us use some sleds on their driveway with our daughter when it snowed. We would definitely recommend to others!

We loved our stay in this beautiful home. The hosts (Larry and Dianne) were very helpful and thoughtful, and the home is complete with everything you may need (kitchen staples, cleaning supplies, etc.). The hosts went out of their way to ensure we were comfortable. Thanks L + D!

Dianne and Larry host a wonderful place for a long term stay! Centrally located to shopping transit, and freeway access, this bright and spacious home was wonderful transition after selling our home nearby. Highly recommend! Larry and Dianne are gracious hosts who want they’re guests to enjoy their experience.

We were here for my son's wedding. It was a great spot to prepare some if the dishes we planned to take for the rehearsal dinner. There were spices, butter, and other condiments so we didn't need to buy any. The view is relaxing and the owners very friendly. I wish I would have tried the zip line but didnt have time. Great stay. Thank you.

Clean well organized and comfortable.

Stayed a weekend at this cozy home. Lots of extras- toiletries, towels, kitchen gadgets, laundry, backyard fun and games. Very accomodating and kind owners on site. The backyard had beautiful views for morning coffee on the patio. Great great experience!

Sunset Vista in Happy Valley was a wonderful home! The house is immaculate and the property is beautiful- perfect for a family with a large grassy yard, zip line, play structure, and tire swing! The evening sunsets were gorgeous! The owners were very kind and accommodating. We would absolutely recommend this property and would love to stay here again!
