Stunning Ranch Home in Walkable Gorgeous Happy Valley Neighborhood

The house is beautiful and everything is well kept. It is obvious that a lot of dedication went into the set up of the home. The interior and cleanliness is immaculate. The description of this home was accurate. It is stunning. Every part of the property was curated expertly, and the amenities were the best we have seen, coffee, snacks, water bottles, and all of the cookware you will need. We enjoyed our stay, with a lovely bed and linens, fully appointed kitchen and bathrooms, things we didn't even know we would need or want. Stephanie communicated perfectly and we noticed that there were games, toys, a crib and a pack n play too. It was like you were staying at the home of your family...and they really wanted you there.

The house was absolutely beautiful. Stephanie was friendly and easy to work with. She even left balloons for my son's birthday, which we were there to celebrate. The house is very close to the conveniences you need, too. 10 out of 10!

Absolutely beautiful home. Fully equipped and will leave you wanting for nothing. Impeccably clean and spacious in a lovely neighborhood. Very close to restaurants and stores. We visited Multnomah Falls, (about a 40 minute drive), and Silver Falls State Park, (about an hour and 10 minute drive). Great location as well as an extremely accommodating host. Do not hesitate to reserve.

The house was beautiful and located in a quiet neighborhood. My granddaughters loved the bunkbed and games. The back deck was very private and we were able to share the yard with wild bunnies and beautiful flowers. We will definitely book this again for our next Portland vacation.

Pristine accommodations. Owners went above and beyond in hosting this beautiful home. The kitchen was well stocked with dishware, cookware, just about anything you would need to make homemade meals away from home. Great location and a safe neighborhood made our stay one of the best experiences we’ve had in rental homes.

Stephanie was super easy to get ahold of and the house was fantastic! We were a group of five with 4 adults and one 4 year old. The house was everything we needed it to be! Neighborhood was super safe and we just loved our stay here. Highly recommend!

We came to the Portland area to visit friends and enjoy some of the local attractions as a Multi generation family. This home was perfect for us. It is VERY clean and has lots of cute decorations without being cluttered. Our grandkids loved the bunkbeds and the front TV room. The Master Bedroom and bathroom are spacious and the bed is super comfortable. We also enjoyed the sitting outside on the back deck. Stephanie was easy to contact when we had a temporary problem with the front door and she fixed it immediately. We definitely would stay here again!

We stayed here while our own local home was having work done. Our time at Rosa was great! It was exceptionally clean and comfortable. The property is in a very nice sought after residential neighborhood that is close to many amenities. It's perfect for a weekend or long term stay. Stephanie, the Host is super friendly and responsive. It's obvious a lot of thought and time went into creating the home's unique charm when renovating it. My niece and nephew were in love with the game room (where I used the desk to work a couple of days). We liked the one level layout with the master on the opposite side of the others. This was a great find.
