Four Thirty-Third is a 5 bedroom, 5.5 bathroom Isle of Palms vacation home boasting 3,900 sq ft of a beautifully decorated interior and outstanding amenities including twin wrap-around decks, a private pool and roof-top observation deck.

FOUR THIRTY-THIRD is beautifully decorated with elegant interiors. With custom wall coverings and décor, hardwood floors, natural textures and ceiling fans throughout, it is the perfect place for guests to relax and enjoy their Isle of Palms vacation. Check out the roof top observation deck for partial views of the nearby ocean! Home has an elevator that goes from the garage level to the second floor of the home.

FIRST FLOOR: The primary suite is furnished with a king bed, decorated with beautiful Bird-of-Paradise flowers. There are two French doors that lead to the first-floor porch. There is an adjoining private dressing room. The primary bath includes a whirlpool tub and separate 2-head shower stall. The second primary bedroom is furnished with a king bed and decorated in aquatic blues, with a full private bath. A third bedroom is furnished with two double beds, offers access to the first-floor porch and has its own private bath. A fourth bedroom is furnished with a queen bed and a full private bathroom and dressing room.

SECOND FLOOR: This open floor plan is perfect for entertaining and family gatherings. There is an alcove with an electric piano and card table which seats four guests, as well as a billiard room. There is a half-bath off this room. The living/dining room has a TV and comfortable furniture accented with oriental rugs. There are three sets of French doors leading to the deck, which have peaks of the ocean. The dining area comfortably seats eight. The modern, well-equipped kitchen has an island with a vegetable sink. It overlooks the living/dining room and is separated by a bar height counter which has seating for four. There is a five-eye, flat-top stove, a side-by-side refrigerator with water dispenser, and a separate ice maker, coffee makers, as well as many other wonderful features. Also located on this floor is the fifth bedroom furnished with two twin beds and has a full private bath.

THIRD FLOOR: The third floor of this wonderful home is comprised of a rooftop deck, accessed by a spiral staircase from the second-floor porch. It's perfect for sunbathing or just enjoying the amazing peaks views of the ocean.

EXTERIOR: The exterior of this home includes an outside enclosed shower, twin wrap around decks, and a 14ft x 15ft private swimming pool! Bottom of the swimming pool is constructed of shingle rock and sand to give the appearance of the ocean floor.

    Major mold issues. I knew we were in trouble when the front door lock was not working. The door handle was broken. Stair railings rotten and falling apart. Property is ridden with mold! If anyone has medical issues I don’t recommend staying here. Housekeeping was poor. Recent stains on stairs remaining spills on wooden steps. Curtain rod broken and falling off the wall. Absolutely no concern by rental agent to address these issues until I reported a ceiling leak in one of the bedrooms. Poor maintenance guy did his best but this place needs a complete overhaul. V

    The property is listed as ocean front but would only be ocean front during a hurricane, the pool doesn’t have a heater, it’s a beautiful house but we wanted ocean front not a block away from ocean, you have to walk a good distance to get to the ocean

    Lovely home, perfect for large family or friends. This home was furnished nicely and we were very comfortable there. The large family room was able to accommodate us and the guys got a lot of use out of the pool table. We enjoyed the wraparound porches with lots of seating in shade or sun at all times of the day. Some of us used the pool every day even though the water was chilly because of all the shade from the trees. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you need for cooking or preparing meals/snacks. We had 2 maintenance issues on two different days. In the morning we called Sunset Rentals and Rich (Maintenance/handyman) was there in the afternoon. He came back the next day with the parts he had ordered. The beds were comfortable and there is a ceiling fan in every bedroom and the living room which is nice. FYI guests should bring bags of coffee (not K cups) & garbage bags. It will save you a trip to the grocery store the first morning. Also it was nice to have an elevator especially to get all your stuff upstairs. We recommend you give this Large and comfortable a try if you are staying in the Charleston area and want to be walking distance to the beach.

    The house is surrounded by trees, so that you feel like you're in a treehouse with plenty of shade. One nice surprise was the amount of porch space, though it was too hot during our stay to enjoy it. The house is showing age, but the beds were comfortable and the kitchen is well-stocked. One of the bedrooms that was described as having two double beds in it, only had two twin-size beds, be aware. The HVAC units could use updating, with some bedrooms freezing at first then warming up later at night (perhaps it is on a timer that isn't needed during the summer?) and the main living area never did cool down. The pool is not as big in person, though the caretakers swiftly cleaned it after the tropical storm! Shout out to the power company too, who had to cut off our power to replace a transformer and were accurate in their predictions of how long it would take; very professional guys!
